Gusto Coffee Bistro

This place is pretty wonderful! If you want to support a local coffee shop and Bistro this is the place to go. My wife and I frequent this place pretty often when we can. When ypu arrive there their menu is vast so take the time to really look at the menu! My wife ordered a gluten free cinnamon roll (you read that right. GLUTEN FREE)! In fact they have a whole wide selection of gluten-free pastries. You can also order their menu items (Breakfast which they serve all day and a lunch section as well) to your specifics which is good with those who have allergies! The ambiance is really good in the coffee shop and the workers there are very nice and accommodating. In fact the cashier there spent 10 minutes explaining to my wife who has a lot of restrictions the different options, which was really nice! I had ordered the philly cheesesteak on a chibatta bun (which was amazing)! I cannot recall the drink we ordered but it was chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and I believe coconut, which was really good. Again they have a lot of options (regular milk, soy milk, coconut milk) that you can sub for 75 cents.
Again this place is a great place to bring friends to hang out with, to do study groups there, or for a small date night (note: some of the tables there you cannot use because of the virus but there still have tables available, and you can sit outside as well. Again I highly recommend!

The atmosphere is cozy and very clean. There are multiple seating options and a large selection of drinks and pastries. They also sell local art work and support their neighboring businesses as well as community events. The staff is very approachable and the feeling is very welcoming.

I had a cafe au laît and it was great! It was cool to be able to choose which coffee blend to use.

The rest of the cafe was excellent from the service to the amenities was above and beyond. The only thing that people might dislike is that it was quite busy on a Saturday morning, but that's just evidence of a business well ran and that's peak rush hour for all coffee shops anyway. They do have plenty of seating.

If I'm ever in the area again, this'll certainly be my coffee shop of choice.

Love this coffee place. They have been working really hard to keep this place fresh and there are lots of groups that meet here as well as various music talent rotating through. Our kids love to come and get a soda and snack ( brownie, cheesecake, scone ) and mess with the Scrabble set while we kick back a couple of coffees. Gusto is also doing wine on weekends currently and we love that addition.

Pretentious coffee shop near Longview lake. Standard fare with OK coffee. Food is served on throw away Styrofoam plates.

Usually I LOVE this place we drive all the way from waldo to come here because we favor their creative menus and cozy vibes but today our coffee was sub par and the breakfast burrito was tiny and more like a greasy taco. Disappointing but hoping they were just having an off day since weve been there multiple times and had wonderful experiences in the past.

This is a great local coffee shop! If you're in the Lee's Summit area, you need to try it. They have a wide selection of coffee drinks, teas, food, and bakery items. They have live music and other events pretty regularly. Good to go study, read, or work and great for groups. I love their seasonal drinks, too!

It's a comfortable space with a great atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and there are gluten-free pastry options that go along with all the variety of coffee beverage choices. It's a favorite spot to enjoy great conversation.

First of all the Gusto Bistro is super cute and CLEAN. The service was so good I'm going to bring my important meetings there bc the hot chai tea was hands down the BEST I have ever had 100%
