Gusto Coffee Bistro

Awesome pumpkin spice dirty chi tea latte! I have seen so many pumpkin spice fails, I was afraid to try it, but Gusto did not disappoint. It was fabulous!!!

Love there coffee. Nice selection of breakfast sandwiches. Great atmosphere to relax and talk with friends.

Update: they have increased the temperature of the lattes here lately. The attention to detail with the drinks have been lacking recently. Still a fabulous atmosphere for meeting with friends, studying, or journaling.

This is my favorite coffee shop. Super good coffee, friendly atmosphere, and a cozy fireplace. And if you love coffee shops but not the taste of coffee, check out their fogs (tea lattes). I’m in here at least once a week.

The last time I was at Gusto I was in my last trimester with my second boy and I had my first son with me, I was first in line, standing there for over 10 minutes with no Hi, What can I get you? or any sort of acknowledge of my existence while Jonathan just kept fiddling with the espresso machine and wiping down the counters. Other people in the line behind me saw me struggling since I was very pregnant at the time and needed to sit down, but I decided it was best just to leave and never come back.

I absolutely adore Gusto. I'm there often studying or meeting friends, sometimes I go there just to talk with the staff!
It's always cozy, and though I've heard they have some great events, I haven't been to any of them yet.
The coffee is delicious, the service is superb, and the atmosphere is warm (:
I will say... I miss the bigger comfy chairs. I liked to curl up in them to read!

Love Gusto. They seem to always be busy when I go on the weekend, but they have a talented staff that is quick as well.

Always have amazing, friendly service when dining here. The staff is personable and often even remember my name and order. The atmosphere is always welcoming, although it can get a bit crowded. Great place to study or meet with friends as they provide a variety of both indoor and outdoor seating. I personally enjoy their frozen hot chocolate drink.

Nothing particularly memorable about this coffee shop for me. Fairly average coffee and a meh vibe. Not bad, but not my first choice.

I ordered ahead an hour before and still had to wait 25 minutes for two drinks and one breakfast sandwich. I checked in at arrival and people who were still in the long, long line when I arrived started getting their orders before me.

While I was standing at the pick-up, I heard the person working the espresso bar tell multiple people he knew that he would bump them up to the front of the line. By the time I asked again, my drinks were sitting on the side behind the counter (no call out of my name to pick up) and luke warm. My breakfast sandwich still wasn’t ready. This place was NOT understaffed; they were just inefficient with what they had. Which makes it even worse. Never again.

UPDATE: The breakfast sandwich and at least one drink was made incorrectly. I ended up having to go to another coffee shop to a new drink.

Stopped in about 20 minutes before closing one day last week. Very nice place and friendly staff. Coffee was wonderful!
