Great coffee, great vibes, staff all work hard, and the owner pays great attention to detail. Wish they had more breakfast items, but other than that great spot.

Coffeeshop reeked of paint thinner so bad that I got a headache. Would have died if they didn’t have outdoor seating.

Just so you know I grew up close this business and all we saw was garages and all forms of businesses and nothing else, but that was then and just to drive thru the crossroad district isn't just different it's to be marvel at and enjoyed by people from all walks of life. To the entire team members of the P.T. coffee shop Thank you for allowing me and my business friends to gather around and enjoy ourselves in such a outstanding, safe and pleasant atmosphere. Please know how appreciative we are. Thank you.

One of my fav places in KC! Great coffee, not crazy busy, great atmosphere, and Han and the other baristas always play the best music:)) Only downside is its not open later!

The atmosphere is great! The coffee and service are phenomenal. If you want to go and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and conversation or a nice place with plenty of room to get some work or studying done, this is your place. Parking can be tight at times (It is the crossroads), but you can get a cup of coffee, enjoy some fine dining establishments etc. I suggest going when they are roasting, get a cup of coffee, enjoy the aroma and just relax. Thank you!

This is an amazing coffee experience. Though it was early morning when we went, there were enough people there to show they agree with how good the coffee is.
Really fantastic espresso drinks with what I believe is just the house espresso blend (we didn't ask). What was just as impressive was the drip coffee from the coffee urn. Simply great coffee.
Super impressed, I'm excited to go back.

This is for the employees at Peets. My car broke down right out front & I was so embarrassed trying to get a tow truck & 3 guys came out and helped move my car down the street. One walked back and brought me an ice water - thank you so so much for helping me.

The coffee itself is tremendous. I prefer their specialty drinks but you can also order espresso or drip made with single-source beans. The interior is neatly decorated in an industrial style, and the seating isn't particularly comfortable. Service, however, is fantastic, and the baristas are always friendly.

The coffee was great until I got to chunks at the bottom of my cup. Same with my boyfriend's! Maybe they need to clean machines or equipment better!?!? The atmosphere, cashier, and barista were great...just not the chunks in the coffee! ☹️

Only reviewing the breakfast--can't speak to the coffee. I had here one of the best burritos I've ever ordered from a cafe. Frankly, my expectations of coffee bar food are cellar high, but I was utterly impressed by the ham and cheese breakfast burrito's flavor. Wish I lived closer--I'd be a regular. Would have given this place five stars on the burrito alone but for the lackadaisically paced service. Also expected that pacing, but still: would be nice to not wait 15 minutes for a burrito ... when there's only one person ahead of you and they're ordering the same thing.
