Parisi - Union Station

Goat cheese and fig croissants are a perfect pairing with a latte.

The crew here are fast, friendly, and truly interested in giving you some good coffee with a good experience. I work nearby and walk over for coffee multiple times per week. There are other coffee options nearby, but Paris has yet to give me a reason to use those.

The place could be so pleasant and a restful place to stop for a coffee and bite to eat. Rating it three stars as some attention to cleanliness would be greatly appreciated! Floor is littered with food and dirty. Please take pride in your beautiful train station.

I visit Parisi pretty regularly on my lunch break. Excellent coffee and professional, knowledgeable staff.

My only complaint is the atmosphere, which is clean and urban, all brushed aluminum and trendy fixtures. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, though; it's just not to my particular taste.

Flavored latte was super good. They have nondairy options, soy, almond and oat milk . The almond croissant was the best I've ever had.

Don't be fooled by the multiple brew methods that this place is up to the standard of national third wave coffee chains (Blue Bottle, Stumptown, etc). They're further still from pioneering cafes. They serve sea foam cappucinos here at Parisi. I can't comment on their other drinks. At least they're pretty quick. A better nearby option, that still isn't ideal, is the Roasterie.

Went to this place at 4:59 pm to purchase a soda, and they said sorry we’re closed. Lady was rude, and didn’t want to make a quick sale.

Truly an excellence-driven business. Baristas genuinely cared for me and for my order. I was treated with respect and served promptly. Extremely good value for the money.

Terrible tasting cup of coffee. I ordered their daily special, and my husband ordered an espresso. Both coffees tasted awful. The espresso was severely bitter, and the daily brew was both bitter and artificial tasting. The kids had a hot chocolate which they seemed to enjoy.

I don't like mochas but the new one is really good the chocolate milk really made it good
