Einstein Bros. Bagels

If only I would've bothered to look at the reviews first. Severely understaffed, and the staff they do have can't really do anything. They couldn't even slice the bagel. This place needs to go.

I’d give zero stars if it would let me. I was in the store for 36 minutes before I got my food and left. A SINGULAR BAGEL. No cooked food. No drinks. Not a large order. One. Bagel. They have absolutely zero concept of time management with orders. People who work in restaurants know you can send out super easy/quick orders while more complicated ones cook. I could have gone to ihop, ordered, waited, eaten, and been out in less than the 36 minutes it took me to get a single bagel. One of the most ridiculous experiences of my life. Several people who ordered AFTER me, got their food orders before me. When I very politely asked them to please check on my order, the manager barked @ me.

Staff is super friendly! Can be a little pricey but pretty worth it since it’s delicious. My adivce is to join their rewards programs and check in with your phone number for every visit. You rack up points that way and get rewards: I’ve gotten a few like $5 off your order or a free bagel. It’s worth it, my fave breakfast place recently.

Since Einstein's closed their location near to our home, we don't often get a chance to stop at one. Yesterday, I happen to be driving past one of their system locations, so I stopped to get a dozen bagels. Unlike other bagel shops, Einstein's still gives you a baker's dozen ie 13 bagels at a good price. Even better, they have a large selection of different types of bagels, which really allows a well mixed dozen.
Even better, instead of running the bagels through a slicing machine which invariably creates a bagel with one thin slice and one thick slice, the woman who took our order cheerfully sliced the bagels by hand which allows them to put toast much more evenly.

Highly priced for mediocre food. Fast food breakfast much cheaper, more filling and tastier. Tried once to see how it was, won’t be trying again though.

VERY POOR SERVICE. I visited this business on July 15 at 9:15am. The person at the register was obviously new and overwhelmed. I waited about six minutes before a second register was opened. I ordered a total of 6 bagels including 2 cinnamon raisin. I WAITED 15 MINUTES and was THEN told "we're out of cinnamon raisin." After choosing a poor substitute I asked to speaker to a manager. The woman who responded was not wearing a name tag. When I told her why I was upset, she replied "The person taking the orders doesn't know when we're out of something. There's no way she could unless we had a person watching for that all the time."

Do I need to explain further?

I love the food here!! the turkey bacon avo is bomb!! the service is always nice and friendly and quick! never a bad place to stop!! just difficult to navigate the parking lot when busy! lol

They have great food, but it takes forever to actually get the food. Every time I go I have to wait 45 minutes. I have tried going earlier and later but they are simply always busy. But I recommend the Tasty turkey or their pizza bagel. It might be simple but it is amazing. 🤩

Apple cinnamon is the best. I think second best is the jalepeño Cheese bagel

Today was my first day back since the Pandemic. As I stood to the right of the counter, as it was previously. I was met with perceived annoyance by the employee who addressed me. As I apologized my misunderstanding it was downhill from there. Said lady impatiently asked for the order, after asking for a bagel she proceeded to wrap up the order as I tried to give the items (all of them) still needed. When it came to paying, she walked away. The payment screen went blank - I waited. She returned to school me on blank screens as I showed hesitance on paying. It seemed her day was off from the moment I opened the door. Towards each customer after. I wished her well and hoped her day got better. She was not receptive. Looked to have hated life. People. Being at work. Wow. Just wow. This is my first and only complaint ever online. This is also the cliff note version. #dobetter #choosesmiling #fakeit #idid #rantover :)))
