Bar none, this is my favorite coffee shop. The Baristas are kind and funny, the coffee is never burnt, and the donuts they bring in are delicious!

I started going to the grind at the south location and absolutely loved the coffee and the service was great. Then the north side opened and it was closer for me to go. However the service is not as good anymore and the new rewards app is terrible. I don’t get credit for all my purchases anymore if I don’t use the same card every time or if I choose to use cash. I sometimes went through twice a day. I’m sad to say the coffee is great but due to the service I’m parting ways with the grind.

Quick stop off 1-70 with clean bathrooms. Stopped because of their smoothie menu, but was disappointed to learn that they only have whey protein and no alternatives. I’m happy with my “thin mint smoothie” but my husband decided not to order because they didn’t have a plant based option, so now we’re making a second stop on our road trip. If you offer milk alternatives for your coffee drinks you should have alternatives for your smoothies as well, especially when smoothies make up a significant portion of your menu!

Very friendly employees! The nitro cold brew was a tad stronger than I anticipated, but it will certainly get me through the rest of my day! Also, my pup loved the pup cup that they provided.

One recommendation: please provide more plant based pastry options for your vegan customers. Thanks!

Delicious, freshly brewed drip coffee opens early in the morning in beautiful Columbia, Missouri with plenty of open seating, Wi-Fi, great parking, and clean restrooms! A great way to start the day after camping in the nearby woods and parks.

Not a very impressive visit. The coffee was terrible and tasted stale. I ordered and egg and cheese on a bagel and received Mac and cheese (at 10a!). Staff were nice and clearly everyone was doing their best, but it just doesn't merit 3 never mind 4.8 stars

I love to try out different cafes and restaurants around the world and more recently in Columbia. I’ve been a regular at the cafe Grind in the last year or so and it is definitely one of Columbia’s best. They have superb service and EXCELLENT coffee and tea (I like to get the Alpine Berry, Ginger Lemon, and sometimes the Twinings Chai). And last but not the least, a special mention of their super friendly staff - kudos to the team who manages this place.

Got coffee before going to visit family. Went inside since there was a line in the drive thru. Decent atmosphere

Honestly this place is just like a Starbucks.

We tend to get Chai tea and this place, like many large chains, uses concentrate. I don't blame them but I know the price of those concentrates and buying something that expensive for such a little amount seems like a waste of my money when all they are really doing it is just heating up milk and adding to the concentrate.

However, they are local and they sell local goods so they get an extra star for that.
