Barnes & Noble

One of my favorite places in the world. This is one of only 3 or 4 stores that will get me in the mall. The staff are so good to help. They have interesting games and novelties, too. My grandkids enjoy the kid section. Oh, and don't forget the Starbucks in house. Heaven.

I could spend all day in B & N!!

They are completely wonderful. I miss their Jonesboro, AR store but am extremely happy with the on line store.

Just want to say a big thank you for shipping my items that were left behind at your store! I called after I got home and realized I didn't have all of my purchases. I expected to have them refund those items and then I would have to reorder or find them somewhere closer before Christmas. I live an hour away and wasn't planning to be back in the area. But they offered to ship them to me. I spoke with them Sat and the items were delivered to me Tues. It's nice to know there are still places out there with great customer service!

I have been a patron of Barnes and Noble for about 20 years. They have a vast selection of books and magazines. If the item you're looking for is not in store they can have it shipped directly to your door. If you're a frequent customer their membership program is well worth it. I always get coupons through email. The store is full of many other great gifts, toys, greeting cards, and niche items as well. Store is clean and the staff are always friendly.

People, facilities, quality food and service. Relaxed atmosphere. Almost too many excellent aspects to list. Overall, the management structure hires, trains people well and obviously treats them well.

I asked for a small water and she gave me a medium and said "you don't have to get a small" she made me feel like royalty 5 stars for her. And a man working at Starbucks gave me a refreshing dragon fruit tea sample and an extravagant salted caramel chocolate piece. 5 stars for him! Thanks for the amazing experience

I liked their selection of items, I read manga and books from time to time and seeing things that interest me is a guarantee for me to come back! Starbucks is there also if you need a drink or snack as well!
