It's sad to see a book store nearly empty on a Friday night. People read online these days. They have limited their range of journal supplies. There used to be a wall full. Kids' section has great books. It also has a lot of toys. They also have music, magazines, gifts, etc. Very few staff. The person who checked out before me was a bit of a Karen. The whole thing made me sad for the days before the world wide web.

Awesome place. Only gave 4 stars for lack of comics and collectibles.

Barnes and Nobels is still great. Love the customer service you get. I hate that Amazon makes getting books so much cheaper. I try to buy from them because I want them to be around and I know they have overhead but when a book is 29.99 there vs 17.99 online and I just have to wait 2 days it's hard to beat.

The employees here are always so friendly. Abby who was working in the cafe tonight just made my evening! Best customer service ever, and delicious drink!

Fantastic home-like atmosphere with literally thousands of selections on books, DVDs, magazines, and other literary and written resources. Great coffee shop and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this establishment to avid readers, new writers and those looking for a gift for the writer or reader in their family!

I go to the cafe almost every day for lunch and coffee and Andrew (I think he’s a manager) is the kindest person ever! He is aways so polite and friendly to everyone I see come in! He knows me and my coworker by name now and it’s just great to see a place with such amazing staff and customer service! He 100% deserves a raise!!

This store is always kept very clean & well organized, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. There are times that I want to find a specific book and it seems out of stock for a long time, but the staff have always offered to order the book for me. The bathrooms are also nice and clean. I do find it sad that the stock seems to be dwindling, but it's to be expected with so many people switching to less physical media.
