This place is another hidden gem. Coffee was great. Service was excellent. Wonderful selection of holiday beverages and snacks.

They made our wedding cake and cupcakes. Everything was so good! Would highly recommend them!

Yummy treat that I tried (the s'mores cookie bar), however, they didn't have a variety of drinks (teas and other) to try, and didn't seem to have a ton of variety in general. They did have some yummy desserts and treats - so if that's what you're looking for, you'll probably be pleased.

Staff was decent, not overly helpful or friendly.

Decent, kind of "eh" experience.

I didn't expect to find much organic in a bakery type of restaurant, especially in Branson. However, was hoping for a miracle that the coffee bar would have 1 organic coffee and maybe one muffin that was organic. When I didn't see anything organic, just to make sure, I asked if they had anything organic. All the kids behind the counter looked speechless & shocked. One boy finally said "We Don't Spray our food." Then I was confused. I said, "Why would you spray your food? He/they said, "yeah we were wondering the same thing." He said. "Isn't organic pesticides.. that you spray?" I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. So I just walked out, mentally shaking my head. I don't know if it was a funny experience or a I don't believe it experience. I'm still trying to decide. I guess that will teach me a lesson LOL.

I am a retired business owner with a marketing degree (with experience hiring this yr to help a restaurant owner). I offered you a way through my review (by spending my time without paying me consultation fees, lol) that you might improve your service. You wrote a long response that I found had little to do with my experience...until you finally came to the issue... then try to put blame/trying to put the responsibility on me that I should have grace with your not very knowledgeable staff/kids! After reading other reviews (that weren't 5 stars), I discovered that this attitude has a tendency to lean toward being your norm (so I don't take it personally). Managers are to take responsibility for incompetency in their staff; (not blameing their customers for stating negative facts). Maybe you should have staff that are mature enough to converse with adult customers or wait on customers yourself. Also, I am a local so no need to wish me happy traveling but I will be talking about your response elsewhere. This wouldn't have been a further issue if you wouldn't have responded the way you did.😏 People are tired of getting bad service (that started before the pandemic so they don't believe businesses that blame it on the pandemic). We now have a generation of business owners & managers who are less than competent in customer service & it's more about them than serving customers with excellence.

We always love coming here for lunch when we are in Branson. This time the sandwiches were much smaller. We got the BLT....it had 2 pieces of bacon, a sliver of a tomato slice, and a small piece of lettuce. There wasn't much of anything on the sandwich not even the sauce. Not sure if they have changed owners but the quality and taste of product changed drastically!!! Don't think this will be a regular anymore!! Very disappointing!!!!

Always a delightful experience. We tried a totally different holiday coffee they're featuring. Delicious.

Amazing food and baked goods! And super nice people too! My car battery died in their parking lot in the middle of a long road trip and they loaned me some tools so I could change it on my own, even after they had closed for the evening. 7/7 stars ;)

Received a beautiful delicious cake from there while on vacation. It was a hit. Definitely recommend. They took my vision and made it a reality. Thank you.

The cafe, coffee, and bakery items are amazing! Easily one of my favorite places to eat when I visit Branson. I’ve seen this place super packed and the staff has always been so quick to take orders and get food out to people. However, today we waited in line for 50 minutes - there were only 7 people in front of us. We thought they were short staffed, but they weren’t. The employees were taking phone orders and online orders - take care of the people who are there in the cafe wanting to give you their money. But also, the people taking orders had no sense of urgency at all. It took less than 10 minutes for us to get our food after we ordered, but the wait in line was pretty frustrating. Others waiting with us were just as frustrated. People who want to visit this place should know the food is delicious but you may wait close to an hour just to order.

Had the Ruben and it was a small sandwich the Ruben was a great sandwich a few years ago not now!
