Steamy Joe Cafe

Just what we were looking for! Part of the fun of traveling for us is finding awesome, independently owned coffee shops. Steamy Joe offers a great breakfast menu-and I say that as someone who doesn't eat pork. We were able to order a slice of veggie quiche with a fruit cup and avocado toast with egg. The food was delicious! The pastries are freshly made in house...and our cinnamon streusel muffin was warmed and devoured within seconds. Hubs was eyeballing the carrot cake muffin with fresh cream cheese frosting, and I had to pull him away🤣.
Coffee brew selections were many, and the lady behind the counter-on her first day at the front register no less-was absolutely wonderful, answering all of my questions (I drink plain black coffee but wanted to try something new but not sweetened). She recommended the Americano and I loved it enough to go back for a second cup. My husband ordered a hot cafe latte with almond milk and enjoyed it-especially with the cinnamon muffin.
The building is beautiful inside, offering main floor, upstairs, and downstairs seating options. The view? Gorgeous!! We sat upstairs-there were books, board games, cutlery, and plenty of seating. The basement area offers clean restrooms (also on main level) ample counter height seating and GAMES GALORE! Foosball, billiards, shuffleboard, and an assortment of board games. I can imagine this area being popular especially during the evening hours, as Steamy Joe is open until 10pm!
We DEFINITELY recommend Steamy Joe Cafe and can't wait to come here again on our next visit! The ULTIMATE bonus? There is a *darling* AirBnB next door-The Bradford. It's newly owned and remodeled by a young couple...this is 110% our next go-to spot. Close to everything bit still quaint and quiet with breathtaking backyard views.

This place was fabulous. Great coffee drinks. I had a latte and the avocado toast and both were amazing. The staff was so sweet and went above and beyond for us. The sweet lady who took our order also sang Christmas songs and played the piano while we ate and it was so sweet. Another sweet lady gave my son a steamer since he wanted coffee and some candies since they were out of cookie he wanted. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Came for brunch twice once on a Monday and once on Friday. Both times the food was exceptional. Between my wife and two boys we had a lot of what was offered and they get five stars from all of us. The coffee was good and the espressos were great! The best part of the experience was the overall hospitality of the staff as well as the owners. We will definitely be staying at The Bradford when we come back. Steamy Joe Cafe thanks for your amazing food and drink you can really taste the Love.

The ppl at the Bradford inn ( cafe) are super friendly, the food and pastries are 🤙 to try, beautiful scenery is a bonus- oh, I’m particular about my coffee and, Joe’s def has excellent cup brew 😉

Excellent portions for excellent food. I got asked multiple times if I needed anything and how things tasted. Would love to come back again.

Good food and reasonable prices. The baked goods look amazing but we didn't partake. The grounds of the Bradford serve as a scenic overlook while eating.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We came out first day of vacation and HAD to come back on our way out before leaving town because the food and coffee were just that good. I had avocado toast topped with a fried egg with an iced caramel macchiato, and it was made to perfection both times. I can’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!

I came in for breakfast. Excellent. Sausage, three eggs, hash browns biscuits and gravy and coffee.

Awesome. Great coffee and perfect breakfast. I'm putting this one in my favorites.

The environment is Outstanding. The view is beautiful. The different coffee choices and bakery is delicious. My breakfast was bland and greasy. I had eggs, hash browns and biscuits and gravy. I didn't care for the biscuit it wasn't very tasty. The workers were all very nice and welcoming. We will come back for the bakery items and coffee. We will come and try lunch sometime.

Excellent breakfast, decent coffee. Self serve order and pickup , so no waiter issues!
Omelet was outstadibg5 in flavor and goodness. JUST EAT HERE, YA"ll
