Best advice I ever got in Branson!

Sorry I don't have an experience story to share about them, yet from reading all the comments of shoppers I totally understand where they stand when it comes to being treated friendly at least by an employee or manager even ! Even if I were extremely desperate, based on all of what I have read, I would NOT even dream of shopping at a place such as this. They (the company needs to take heed that the customer is what makes or BREAKS them. Sharpen up on your business skills, and do what is right for YOUR almighty dollar customer that will keep you and your families employees in business for survival !

Such a friendly, neat, clean store! Our family eats organic and this store had not only a great selection of organic items but the prices were awesome! The staff was also top notch! We'll definitely visit this store again!

There are some employees here that are a bit on the rude side. We tried using coupons and didn't realize the policy on them, and instead of trying to work with us the lady that checked us out was extremely rude and unhelpful. I usually will say "sorry my bad" and move on with life if I misunderstand a policy or something but I don't like being treated like a 5 year old. There are on the good side great deals here, and there's at least one manager that's a very nice gentleman.

Great variety of items . Quality of products is amazing. Great cuts of meat and their deli counter is amazing.

I shop here almost every other day. They have good meat department and more variety in the fruits and veggies section. The bakery, deli, liquor and frozen foods are a plus too. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I think they should do more for their employees. They don't complain, but they work so hard and seem kinda sad. I always try to cheer them up. Need some 50's music going in there or something.

Went to deli at 6pm, still open, but food was horrible looking. Looked like it had set in there all day. Bought chicken with sauce and 2 pieces of fish. Got it home, both were hard as rock, put in microwave, tried to get it, still hard as rock. The dog wouldnt even eat it. Threw it away, what a waist of money.

Good prices on all of the food

Finally decided to quit shopping at this store: never more than a couple of checkers and no baggers. Problems with card reader as well as check reader. Personnel talking openly about nobody cares, so why should I. I’ve shopped here for 10 years and watched this store deteriorate to the degree it is today and am unclear if it’s poor management, or low wages,but none the less a horrible experience for shoppers. Really a shame.
