Wonderful customer service!!! We are traveling from out of town and needed to get a birthday cake for my young daughter. They were able to accommodate, and customize a cute cake for her over the phone. They were absolutely wonderful and said no problem, even though it was less than 24hrs notice! They even picked colors and an age-apropriate theme for her. I can't say enough about how great they are! I was so nervous about getting a cake and making the day still special for my kiddo, and they took away my worry. Thank you so much!!!

They have great produce, bakery, and deli. Although the deli staff could be more friendly. I like the Starbucks right in the store,and they also have 2 lottery machines by the entrance. They recently remodeled which was a great up grade with a new pharmacy. They also have a club card,online ordering, and curb side pick up.

Good selection but a little on the pricey side. You can find the same brands at Target and Walmart at a much cheaper price. Staff is friendly. They do have a small floral department also. Crowds are smaller here than elsewhere but you pay for that at the checkout.

Slime of grocery stores but Branson doesn't have many choices so they stay in business. Shelves are usually half empty. They always don't have at least one item that I go in there for. (Answer your dang phones once in a while.) Didn't know the deli & seafood/meat cases close at 7:00 p.m. The layout of the store is awkward; not user friendly/not easy to manuever around. Isn't sparkling clean. Floors always look dirty. Employees look like they crawled out of bed.
Don't know why this post looks like it didn't post a year ago but not much has changed. We need more competition in Branson or just better existing grocery stores.
