Scout Coffee

This coffee shop is perfect in so many ways. 1) The coffee is gooooood. This is obviously a key factor. I had an americano and my friend had a vanilla latte, both of which we felt were some of the best we've ever had. 2) The location, space, and atmosphere make it the perfect place to have coffee with friends or to sit alone and work/ relax. There is plenty of seating and multiples rooms (so it won't feel too crowded or loud), and there is plenty of parking outside. 3) The owner Jared is kind, personable, and knowledgeable.

Scout Coffee is a Blue Springs gem and I can't recommend it enough! Support local and give this new coffee shop a visit.

Rosemary Vanilla Latta - 5 stars all the way! It was savory and delicious and perfect. I actually had low expectations because I really like my overly sweet specialty coffees and I'm not sure why I tried this one. However, this is DELICIOUS and I'll definitely be ordering next time. Cheers to finding new favorites! I also got a S'mores Poptart that looks amazing. I haven't tried it yet but I have no doubt that it will be just as tasty as everything else Scout serves.

There isn't anything about Scout I don't love! The baristas are all friendly, the coffee (and their imagination in creating those seasonal sensations) is great and all of the treats are tasty. A true gem of a coffeehouse!

Great local coffee shop! Great atmosphere!!

No customers wearing a mask...yet masked employee behind counter said we'd have to wear one to order. No mask mandated...so No money spent here. Bye bye! We like our freedom & our HIPAA protection. We took our money to Scooters, and enjoyed their Chai Lattes... delicious! (Your response to my review sounds ridiculous...read that again. #standupforfreedom)

This is a new shop to me and I am so extremely snobby about my coffee house choices lol. It is a fantastic little house right off main street repurposed as a coffee house. Great music great pastries ( I had the blueberry muffin) I had a light sweet vanilla Carmel latte ( a little cliche I know) but it was fantastic. Barista was kind, and bathroom clean. Definitely coming back.

Only thing this place needs is a way to deliver. I love this place but can rarely get it because I have to go inside. Especially with Covid times, I hope delivery becomes an option. I would order multiple times a week! Right now I just use Starbucks...and use uber eats. There coffee and snacks here are great quality!

Great coffee by friendly baristas, you can’t go wrong! They recognize me and take care of my special requests ie extra ice in my iced oat milk mocha & no sleeve on hot mochas. Thanks for providing great service!

Absolutely love this place! It's cute, interesting, and has really, REALLY good coffee and food!! Love going here for a change of scenery to do some work and enjoy the atmosphere and goodies!!
