Scout Coffee

Wonderful coffee in a great environment. Seems that they converted an old house into a coffee shop. Inside was very clean and modern. Outside was comfy and the porch type setting provided a great breeze. The staff was kind and helpful in my process of making a decision on what to drink. After I received my drink the employee even asked if I enjoyed it or not because he wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Great coffee and environment for a chat. I'll be returning when I can.

This little coffee place has a great casual vibe. They also have milk alternatives! Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

From a yummy beverage menu and tasty treats to cozy nooks and a welcoming vibe, this is my favorite coffee shop. The baristas make you feel at home and are helpful when asking about the amazing menu. Bonus - the fabulous monthly menu and fun pop-ups! Glad you are in our community!

We LOVE Scout Coffee! I'm so glad they opened a location in Grain Valley, MO recently. We're there all the time! The coffee is delicious and we love how cute & comfortable both of their coffee shops are. (Blue Springs & Grain Valley) Highly recommend!

By far my favorite coffee place in Blue Springs. Employees are super nice, coffee is amazing, the vibes are always so chill, and it’s such a light and cozy feeling.
(Plus I like that the employees have their own regulars and it’s fun to see the friendships between everybody, even you don’t know them.)
If you don’t know what to get, I highly recommend the thin mint latte :)

Scout Coffee has to be my all-time favorite coffee place. From the seasonal drinks, the made from scratch pastries and food items made locally, to the fun and energetic atmosphere, this place has it all.

The location is a quaint older home turned business that adds to the asthenic and warmth of Scout. The welcoming staff bring the added quality to make your day and your trip feel special.

Come check it out today, grab a latte a Chorizo breakfast burrito (my favorite), some Scout gear and have a talk with some friends, family, or meet someone new over the love of coffee!

Scout Coffee holds a special place for my family. Not only is Scout a wonderful coffee shop with amazing staff and even more amazing coffee. It is ran by one of the most thoughtful humans I have met who cares about his employees and staff. It brings me great joy to see this business succeed but I also want to do whatever I can to help it continue in that!

Both locations are perfect for a coffee date, work session or study spot! I love their seasonal drinks because I’m all about trying new things. Always delicious and the customer service is amazing!

Lots of great coffee choices and delicious deserts. The burrito looked amazing.

Strong coffee! Delicious! It made my cold heart warm when the day had a negative degree wind chill. It's very homestyle inside and makes you feel right at home. It's a very cozy feeling to sit down here and enjoy what they have to offer.

I will return to this place when I'm in the area!
