I'm from Oklahoma and we don't have donuts this size. They were delicious and I love them.

OMG.... the absolute BEST donuts I've ever eaten!!! Love love love LaMar's donuts! Impossible to choose a favorite, they are all so delicious! HIGHLY recommend these, they're life changing, lol. Lamar's is always on my must visit list when I'm in Missouri or any other state they're in... but the Blue springs store is absolutely the best!

Lamar’s Donuts is by far the best tasting donuts in town, and it’s not even close. A lot of other shops have the advertisements and gimmicks but not the quality like Lamar’s. Great staff, and they are awesome in the community with donating donuts to different organizations to distribute to those that are less fortunate. 👍🏻👍🏻

*updated* I have grown to appreciate their donuts a little more. They have a good mix of raised and cake donuts. Some large long John's and apple fritters. Standard donut fare. Definitely one of the best in Blue Springs.

Went for veterans day and ill continue to keep coming. It's all about the business that take care of veterans on that day but more importantly, those places you just have to visit more frequently. Excellent product.

Heavenly fresh, melt in your mouth, donuts! I get off of work at 4:45 am and make it to my pickup spot right at 5:30 am. Just in time for the warm ones. It took me 44 years to discover the magic that is chocolate dough!(Ray's Chocolate Glazed) THE perfect donut, imo.

PS. I'm generally not a fan of donuts. Game changer!

My kids have food allergies and LaMar’s glazed donuts are the only donuts they can eat unless we want to drive 10 miles. This has worked out great because we try to get donuts once a month and on their birthdays as special treats.

Last weekend, my daughter turned 12 and we ordered what we always did. A dozen glazed with icing and sprinkles added to the top. This has never been an issue and the donuts were a hit as always.

This weekend, my other daughter turned 8 and we try to call in a preorder Friday to pickup Saturday. The guy on the phone says he’s unsure and confirms with the manager that they cannot do this. That adding icing and sprinkles to a glazed donut is impossible and won’t work. Strange since that’s all we’ve ever bought.

Today, my wife calls and tries again. The person on the phone gets the phone taken away from them by the manager. The manager says he can do it but we have to pay an up-charge. Even though we’ve never had to pay an up-charge before, she agrees because it’s for our daughter’s birthday. The manager then says they are out of icing and sprinkles and he can’t do it even if we pay the up-charge!

My wife gets plain glazed dozen and goes to Price Chopper to buy cake icing and sprinkles. She applies it to the glazed donuts so my daughter can have her special birthday treat. I told my wife never again. I’d rather drive 10 miles to another donut shop than deal with poor customer service from this “manager.” If you have sprinkles and icing and a customer is willing to pay extra even for it to be added to their donut why offer it, then turn them away?

There is never a good excuse for poor customer service but it makes even less sense during a pandemic when eating out and even grabbing donuts is quite a chore and less appealing. One would assume that now would be the time for businesses to improve customer service as a key differentiator to drive more sales and goodwill within the community.

LaMar's Donuts never disappoint. There are so many varieties to choose from; it is tough to make choices. They always have a couple kinds of donuts for taste samples, which is nice for the decision-making. The employees who work there are efficient, helpful, and act like they are happy to help the customer. On this visit, I carried out to the family, but we have eaten in too.

New curbside is awful! Called to place my curside order and bought a dozen donuts and was told one price when I asked about the price. Then charged almost $5 more without being aware or told of a different amount being charged to my card! When calling to discuss the over charge I was told the register messes up sometimes with a sorry. And that was it! No refund given of the amount that was overcharged, just taking my money without asking. So better know your pricing for them, cause they don't know!
