Atmosphere is nice and so are the staff, but we waited 45 minutes for our food, and it was just okay. I've definitely had better. My wrap was soggy on one side and toasted on the other. My husband loves black eyed peas and he couldn't even eat them.

Fantastic service from Mikki and everyone working two days ago. I stopped in on a road-trip with my grandmother and tried lots of different items. Everything was DELICIOUS! The service was incredible as well and they have amazing desserts to finish off the hot and fresh comfort food they serve. I’m making tin Liz my stop to and from home next road-trip. Worth every dollar spent.

Really disappointed in the food.
Had the plate special..fried squash (hard grease pattys) butter beans …out of a can probably. The yams tasted like sugar water.
My salad was ,well a salad of lettuce and cheese.
My sisters omelette was bland…
Our waitress was very sweet …Crystal
Probably won’t eat here again.

Great little home town eating place. The wait was a bit long but I had great conversation with who I was dining with. For sure worth a visit.

1st off just the fact that they were open and allowing folks to dine in. They had every other booth blocked off and were thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing each booth and table between customers(I set there long enough to witness this).
I was promptly greeted when I walked in and had my seating options explained. When I set down I was looking at the daily special board, where I saw what I had been craving ever since I had left my house 4 days earlier, and that was simply good old fashioned Country Fried Steak with mashed taters, well my server immediately busted my bubble by telling me I had gotten there to late for the lunch special. When she said that, I told her she was fixing to see a big ole ugly fellow cry, but she then said it wad a menu item, so I didn't have to cry in public! Next I told her I wanted a cup of coffee, and she held her head down and told me she would have to make a pot, well this was good news, not bad as she had assumed, because I would airways prefer to wait for a fresh pot ad opposed to one that's been sitting there for who knows how long and I stayed till I finished that pot.
When my Country Fried Steak came out with my double order of taters and gravy, I was ecstatic, and though it wasn't the largest or even best Country Fried Steak I've had, on this particular day, it wad PERFECT! What really made this a fantastic meal was the attentiveness of my waitress, ad this young woman and her assisting servers were great!!! My water glass never got empty before she had another one setting there waiting on me, and this is a big deal to me because I drink about a half gallon of water with meals. She also brought me a fresh cup of coffee with cream everytime I wad ready for another cup & this too got bonus points with me, because at so many places they just walk but and add coffee to the cup your drinking out of even if you weren't thru with the previous cup.
Last but not least, l loved the decor.
So if you find yourself near West Point, Mississippi and you are hungry, do yourself a favor and swing by the Tin Lizzie...

The food was awesome, ill eat there again for sure. The service was so so and I think she over charged me but I was so impressed by how good the food was I'll over look it this time. I ate catfish with a salad coleslaw and fries way to much food for one person but i wanted to try as much as I could. Everything was very good except the salad and that because the dressing wasnt great
