Caffè Paradiso

Thought it was a breakfast place but its really a coffee shop. We came in just after landing in Jackson. Had the croissant breakfast sandwich with ham and swiss. Suprisingly good. We all enjoyed our food and the ladies were very nice. Not a full breakfast menu but it was fast, fresh, and a good deal.

The staff was very welcoming and had a quiet atmosphere. There is a place outside to eat during the warmer days. Inside you can play chess, read books, or just hang out. This place is one of the best places to get smoothies and a variety of coffees.

Friendly staff. Was pulling into Starbucks and saw their sign. Gotta support local❤️. My drink was a tad pricey, but I would still come back.

We paid $7 for coffee flavored water when we ordered an americano and pumpkin spice latte. 🤢

I don't recall being asked if I liked the drink, but I was distracted. No need to worry about a refund. We were simply passing through.

employees aren't very attentive and the coffee isn't even that good. and they got my order wrong.

edit to add: the reply isn't very helpful. I don't talk to people who clearly don't want to be bothered. they looked like it was such a hassle to even make the drinks the first time, so why bother when they clearly don't care?

In Phase 2 of COVID19, they would not allow me as a paying customer to use the restroom. I was on a 4 hour work trip and made a stop to get a coffee and use the restroom. I would have bought lunch too but they rudely informed me they are takeout only and have no outdoor seating. Also, they didn't have any plain black coffee ready. Verbal interactions were very customer unfriendly so I said forget it and walked out (after they charged my credit card). I was trying to patronize a local business but it's obvious they don't care.

Good coffee. Meh food. I had a breakfast sandwich that was pretty sad. The cold brew was decent but not too far above average. Solid macaroon though. Could do for some faster service as well. Overall just okay, nothing special.

My latte tasted as if water down coffee had been topped with cold milk. The milk was not steamed very well or frothed and the espresso was quite weak. I did not let this deter me and returned a couple more times, but I was still not satisfied. The final time I went in I decided to order a monogrammed cup. I placed an order for the customized cup and already PAID for it, but I had to wait over a month until I received the cup. I called back every other week and was told the owner would call me back each time and she never did.

The employees did not seem to know what to do, so they were unable to help me when I called or came into the store to check on my order.

Decent black iced coffee!

Usually very happy with every experience here but this morning (a Sunday morning) I spent 15 minutes sitting in the drive through waiting two iced mochas WITH NO WHIP which I clarified. When I finally did get my coffee, they both had whip on them and when I commented that I asked for no whip she just looked at me and handed me my card. No apologies or nothing. Then I had to ask her to go back and get me some straws because I wasn’t going to be offered one. Once I FINALLY had everything, I then discovered that I didn’t receive coffee. I received coffee flavored water with very little coffee flavor. I ended up not even being able to drink either and threw away $8. So disappointing!

Everything about this place is great for a quiet meeting with a friend or a delicious treat. It does always seem like they’re training in someone new though. And the tapioca pearls in the boba seem a bit on the burnt side. But the bursting boba are fantastic and I love how customizable their drink menu is.
