Caffè Paradiso

Very friendly ladies, the white chocolate mocha was fabulous and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We always try to find local food and shops everywhere we go and this is a must stop place in Vicksburg!! We travel all over the country and this may just be my favorite coffee shop/cafe I’ve been to yet!!!

I had to wait over 25min for a breakfast sandwich when they only had three other customers in the place. They served two other customers first that arrived after me. One had the same sandwich I ordered (probably got the one they started for me). They were "all out of napkins" and the young man wasn't going to get me a paper towel from the kitchen until I specifically asked the young lady making the sandwiches. Food was tasty, and worth the wait. I'll probably try them again if in the area.

I visit at LEAST twice a week..but more than likely it's about every other day 😂 I LOVE the frappuccinos. The baristas are amazing; sweetest girls up there! And the Halloween menu is BOMB! Get yourself up there before November so you can try them all!

This coffee shop goes above and beyond in customer service. I placed a mobile order today and when I let them know thru their JoeCoffee app that my order was wrong at pickup, they refunded my order and brought me another coffee! I work less than a mile away from the shop, but still.. how awesome are they? Love Paradiso! If you’re in need of a spot to chill in town, their breakfast foods and coffee are 100% 👌🏼 Thank you, Paradiso and Kayla ❤️

Really enjoy bragging on a small locally owned business, but there is nothing to brag about this time. Seen a few incidents where a bug has gotten into a drink. Things happen I guess. Also things can get out of hand of their social media accounts if you are not liked in the business. An individual that did no harm was completely disrespected for all of the world to see on the business's Facebook page. Owners should definitely have a more watchful eye on who takes care of the social media accounts and makes posts for them.

I decided to give this place 3 stars. Its very clean and I love that they have local artists who put their work on display. The barista who waited on us seemed a little inexperienced but she was VERY sweet! I do think they should create a list of flavors for customer, and the self serve bar for fresh brewed is lacking-cream in particular. The second barista asked us what did we need cream for? Kinda weird. All in all, our espresso drinks were yummy! The next time we're here, we'll stop by!

I originally went to Starbucks and they were closed on a Saturday afternoon. I was a lil bummed and googled other coffee shops in the area. This place popped up so I decided to give it a try. THANK YOU Starbucks for being closed! This place was super delicious and I’ll never go to Starbucks in Vicksburg as long as this place is open!!!

I've only been one time, but I didn't have any issues. They asked how they could help me when I walked in. I ordered a white mocha and it was decent. I do wish prices were posted, but I'd return. Constantly asking how much different items are can be annoying.

Nice and friendly service. I love the fact that they have not included a drive thru. It makes it much easier to get coffee on my morning commute. Be sure to also get a punch card if you plan on going regularly as once you purchase a certain amount of coffees, you get one free.

Not a bg selection for breakfast but we had cream cheese crepes and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Both were good. Still better than Denny's and Waffle House. Service is great. Very friendly. Glad we chose this place on our way to Georgia.
