Cups | An Espresso Café

I love Cups as a coffee shop. The staff here are usually friendly, but sometimes they are not very attentive to what they are doing. I usually go in for beans, and request them ground coarse, and sometimes I get home and they are ground fine. I learned to start checking them before walking out, and ultimately got frustrated to the point of buying my own grinder and doing it at home.

If you aren't able to find a particular bean or stock is low on the bagged stuff, you may find a barista that will bag you some from the bins, but other times you may be told to come back on some arbitrary day because they only bag on "X" day. It just depends on who is working that day.

That said, the specialty drinks are fantastic, as is the drip coffee. I've never been disappointed with any of the drinks I've gotten at this location or any other Cups Espresso Cafe.

The service we received was very cold, huffy and rude. The lady working up front...Long haired, brunette....HORRIBLE customer service...need to be kind to complete strangers, possibly? Hope this was not the owner.

On Friday the guy at this cups location wasnt doing anythig right i ask him to rinse my sister coffee cup out it was like he didnt want to do an i was telling the guy how to make my dister blonde coffee charge me for everything i was tellin my sister an i always come there an theres always two girls there who always care how our coffee is made but not this day the guy acted like he didnt want make our drinks i told him my sister coffee feel hot he told me it may be the cup that feel cold so im not sure what mode he was in but it wasnt right what he did the other crew at cups are very nice n caring

Would give no stars but here we go. Strictly enforcing masks for people walking in to get a gift card and leave, no one was in line around me and I even offered to cover my face with my shirt for the duration. Guys, this "virus" has over 99% survival rate? What gives? If you have a mask and I do not why are you worried if masks work? Can we start using a little logic? Won't be getting my business ever again and more people need to stand up to the tyranny before it's too late!

Cozy little coffee shop! Great place to stop and get coffee to go or sit and get some work done!

Love cups but not this one. Coffee wasn’t upto the mark. Service needs to be improved.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Flowood. Love the different flavors they offer. I highly recommend trying the blueberry cinnamon and the Turkish roast. Plus they have a nice selection of pastries and snacks.

I simply asked if they made frappachinos and the guy that took mine and my sisters orders made it a very big deal like I annoyed him greatly by asking that question. He rolled his eyes and was like yeah we do. If you work in customer service you should not be like that if you want to continue having me as a customer. That and the coffee wasn't even that good when I got it.

Didn't get what I paid for. I ordered two large Coldbrews with espresso ice cubes but only was given two cubes in one (because she dropped one) and three in the other? Rest was filled with regular ice. Was at this same Cups earlier this week and ordered the same thing and was given all espresso cubes. Cups in Fondren also gives all espresso cubes too (and are larger cubes). I tried to tell them this but don't think the barista was too concerned about it while shrugging her shoulders. If you are out of cubes I get it but you had plenty, so I am not sure what happen today.

I got a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was pretty bitter and tasted extremely artificial. I had to force myself to drink it so i didnt waste $5.00. Starbuck's is still better and I know at any of their locations I will get consistency.
