Mocha Mugs

Driving to Alabama from Texas and stopped off an exit for Starbucks and saw this on the way there. I decided to stop here instead and glad I did. Just a cute little place with great coffee. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately my caramel white mocha latte wasn’t the best I enjoy my lattes with a little bit of frothy steamed milk (no whipped cream) but this was just flat and not sweet enough. On the bright side, their mango pineapple smoothie is great!

So much better than Starbucks! The staff was so friendly and service was quick. Great menu!

Best Coffee in townbut they will not get another dime from us! My wife or I go every day and sometimes twice! When we drive up they know what we want! Pulled in today and cars were everywhere. Had appts to get to within the hour so I called and told them I was 4th car on right side and asked could I give order to speed up process! Girl went into all the reasons it wasn’t fair to serve me and they wouldn’t do it! I wasn’t asking to cut in front just to have it ready when I pulled up! I told her I was going elsewhere. She was rude and said do what you have to! So I went elsewhere! I forbid my wife from spending another dollar there! They don’t want our near $5000.00 dollar a year habit? Oh well!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! TASTY COFEE!! GREAT PRICE!! Better than any other coffee place in the entire metro area!!

The Spiced Chai Tea was wonderful!! My 1st time trying it. It's now my favorite. The employees are always courteous, efficient, and kind. A little cheaper than Starbucks.

I love the coffee and Frappuccino's at Mocha Mugs. The flavors are excellent.

My favorite place for unique flavors and not just a "Caramel frap". They always have new flavors for different seasons, I haven't had a drink that I absolutely didn't like.

Consistently good coffee for more than 5 years, excellent customer service at multiple locations, speedy, efficient, and just really wonderful. HOW DO YOU DO THAT?! Thank you!! ❤
