Sign says open till 8pm. We arrived at 6:22 only to be turned away. Door was locked. Girl said when there is only one person working, only drive thru is open. We could clearly see that there was a customer inside. We have been here many times when only one person working and we were able to go in and enjoy our coffee and the atmosphere.

I wish I could give negative stars! This new Ocean Springs location is horrible. Very clean and cute on the inside but the workers are RUDE!! I waited 20 minutes and no one even recognized my presence. There was one girl in front of me that already had her drink and was just talking with the two employees! No one was even in the building except myself, the 2 employees, the girl goofing off and 2 cars in the drive thru, so they weren’t busy. I eventually decided to walk out and leave and still, no one spoke. I won’t be trying this location again. I’ll go to Starbucks!

The girls were so sweet and helpful! They helped me order and even changed my order midstream to make it perfect! I did not feel rushed. Very delicious! I will definitely be back and am so happy they are here! PS: My dogs said thank you for the little sweet treats you gave them! <3

I really enjoy their Green Tea velvet ice but when I got it this morning it tasted nothing like green tea and only espresso, not sure why they would randomly put espresso in a green tea without asking but I'm pretty bummed because I'm allergic to it. So there's $5 down the drain. Tried to call a few times with no answer.

I lobe this coffee. My frist cup was on i 80 up north and was hooked .the ladyes are great and very friendly . the coffee is amzing and i love both location. Ty for my coffee every moring to start my day. Much love here
