PJ's Coffee

Ordered 2 Large Iced Lattes with cinnamon and toffee nut & they gave them to us hot so we ask for them to be iced like ordered. Got straight attitude. & then it tasted like milky water. Do not recommend. Completely waste of $10 & made me mad at 9am. Go somewhere else. It’s a corporate company so they don’t care as much as a hometown coffee shop. Find them.

Went a second time with my daughter. The coffee was amazing. I had the Caramel with whipped cream. My daughter had the peppermint stick holiday coffee. She had the Turkey with apple-wood bacon biscuit, and I had a spinach and feta croissant. Delish. The first time I came here, I was not impressed. But I figured that everyone has "a day", and because they offered so many options, and were conveniently located, we'd try again. I am so glad we did. Service was quick and staff was super-courteous and nice. We'll be back.

The Customer Service Is Superb. The Wifi is Excellent. The Atmosphere on PJ's is relaxing; the perfect indoor environment to stimulate creative thought. The Coffee Is AWESOME!!!

Edit, a few weeks later I went inside. Bought my coffee. Was served by a very polite young man. He made a great white mocha with flavoring. I have gone back a couple more times. A young lady was working. She also was very nice and my coffee was good.

I waited about 5 min to order at the drive thru as they were busy at the time. I have no problem with that. I order a 16 oz white mocha latte with raspberry flavoring.. I get to the window and she has an ice drink for me.. I said, I normally order a hot drink A latte is normally hot unless you ask for an ice drink. Can that be heated? Needless to say there was no offer of, oh let me remake that for you. But I can heat that up for you, was the reply. I took a drink on my way home.. Absolute horrible tasting. I came back and took it inside. They were not busy there was 2 people, with drinks already, at a table. One person at the drive-through. I was ignored by 2 workers.. So I put my drink on the counter and left. I have worked as a barista. I know what a latte is.

I did email the company. I received a prompt reply, offering a free drink card. I don't want the free drink. Just hoping that the employees are given a little bit of customer service training.

This is a great place to enjoy an amazing coffee or tea. The atmosphere is very relaxing with a little touch of zen & country.

Go and try to support a local franchise instead of a chain and have a horrible experience! 4 employees not overly busy and we stand there for 5 minutes! No hello we will be right with you! No eye contact. No anything! Just ignored like we were not even there! The employees were not smiling it was like they didn’t even want to be there and neither will we! We will take our business and money elsewhere! There are other coffee shops in town!

Loved the atmosphere coffee was better than I anticipated..

Awesome little coffee shop just off the highway, nice alternative to a Starbucks if you're looking to break up "the usual"

I received a very pleasant greeting even though it was really early in the morning. She made my iced caramel coffee just the way I wanted it. I will be going back. Thank you! 👍👍

Terrible customer service. Makes you wait 5 minutes with one person in line. Still walked out empty handed.
