Cafe Sapori di Sicilia

My partner and I randomly decided to have a night in and order something from Doordash. I was surprised to see a new restaurant listed in Winona, and it is an Italian one at that! We tried a pasta dish, a sandwich, and some desert items. Everything was great and reasonably priced. I really hope more people discover this cafe and try their items. I know that we will be back for more!

Eaten here a few times. Atmosphere is cafeteria style, so don't go here for ambiance. Food is fair. I found my pasta entree on the heavy oily side. Desserts are ok, but small servings and pricey. If they were 5 star, I'd understand, but I'd give it more of a 3 star. We have come for coffee and dessert a few times. It's just a bit too pricey for my retirement budget.

I haven't tried too much on their menu, but the quality of food far surpasses the price they charge. The food is always delicious, and the customer service is possibly the best in the Winona area. (Especially when I butcher an Italian name.) I just tried the Affogoto for the first time to do, and it was to die for!

Love this place. The gentleman behind the counter was very personable and offered samples to our daughter. The food is exceptional with large portions for the price.

Hands down the best cappuccino I’ve ever had. I’m still wishing my everyday cup of coffee tasted THAT good. My pasta dish was amazing and full of flavor (non meat tomato sauce dish I can’t remember the name) I was hesitant to give 5 stars because my lunch buddy had the Oil and Shrimp pasta and it was a bit dull on flavor. However, I think back to my cappuccino and all is forgiven. Definitely will be trying more dishes here!

Always delicious! We have visited many times. The food has been great since day 1 and just keeps getting better. The sandwiches and desserts are just as amazing as the pastas.

The best Italian I’ve had in years!

INCREDIBLE! If you’re hesitant, TRY IT! When I say hesitant, I just mean I never had ‘real’ Italian pasta before so I thought these would be a little too ‘out there’ for my tastes. I had the Sugo and it was one of the best tasting pastas I have ever had. It’s a red sauce with braised beef. Wow it was good. I ordered a piece of ciabatta bread also to go with it and that was awesome. Give this place a try!!

Lovely setting looking out on Main Street with good food and service. Straightforward menu and pricing. We really enjoy the Suga with red sauce and beef. Delightful rolls must be ordered separately.
