I have had half as good food for double the price. I was truly surprised when the Cafe opened up in downtown winona. A classic Italian Cafe dropped next too a McDonald's and a BP gas station. But when I first walked in it truly feels like you're being transported somewhere else. The interior of the Cafe is so lovingly designed and everything truly feels like a step up in class from everywhere else in town. Not only is class elevated In the Cafe but so is the food. I was already impressed before I took my first bite by the presentation of all the food and drinks served as the Cafe. And all expectations were met when I took my first bite and everything was perfect. Perfectly cooked pasta and a perfect balance of flavors. The pasta did not last long in front of me. And I enjoyed a lovely cappuccino while I ate and took in the interior of the Cafe. While I was originally surprised by the addition of the Cafe it is a welcome one. The Cafe has almost instantly become my new favorite spot for lunch and coffee as well as a spot I will be taking my friends and family in the future when they ask for the best food in winona.

Had the Capicola yesterday and I enjoyed it so much a had to go back again. This time I got the Ceasar salad and the Mortadella. The chicken on the salad was so juicy and very well seasoned. Each sandwich was perfect. The fresh bread is amazing, crunchy on the outside while being soft and delicious on the inside. I will have to make this a regular stop. I can't wait to try everything else.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and my order arrived very quickly. Though it's a bit spendy, the quality of the food was worth the price. The capicola sandwich was one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever eaten, and the cannoli was also very good. I would definitely order from this place again, and I would like to try more items on the menu. 5 stars, highly recommend!!

Just got the capicola sandwich. It is absolutely delicious. Good prices for a great sandwich. I didn't have any pasta or pastries but if they're half as good as the sandwiches, I have my new favorite spot. Very excited to try pretty much everything on the menu.

Cafe Sapori di Sicillia is a beautiful, clean establishment with friendly staff. The sandwiches are large and full of fresh ingredients. The coffee and bread is great. The pasta itself is high quality but the preparation is not good. I had the lamb kalamata and tomato pasta. There was no kalamata olives or any tomatoes, just some shriveled skins. It was under seasoned and swimming in oil. They were out of 6 menu items and the food took an hour to come out. This was my second visit. Last time I ordered the pistachio pesto pasta and it was just as bland and underwhelming. If you go here to support local business, stick to the sandwiches which are always good due to the bread quality and fresh toppings.

The food was amazing for the price. I live in a large city and ive paid 4 or 5 times as much for the same Italian dishes at fancy restaurants where the food isn't even as good . This place is a gem
