Love Caribou coffee... tho the Virginia location is very very inconsistent! Staff is very nice. But my coffee order is always different or not right! Frustrating!

Great food and coffee but the drive through speaker is terrible. Had a hard time getting my order placed because I could not hear what she was saying.

This place absolutely SUCKS. Every time I go here they can't make my latte right. There's never any flavor to it and its mostly foam. The sandwich I purchased was thrown together and was soggy. The barista even asked me to put out some items FOR HER. This place needs new management (if there even is any, seems like no one is in charge or even cares.) and needs to step up their game. I have always enjoyed Caribou, but this location can't even compete with the others

This location needs to train their employees better. I ordered a large raspberry green tea bubble and they didn’t add the raspberry flavor to it so it was just milk. A friend also ordered a sandwich with potato salad and they forgot the potato salad. We were Not impressed with this place at all!

My parents went there and weren’t impressed. My mom received a luke warm coffee that was supposed to be hot. The tables were dirty inside and out. She brought it back and asked for another. The person working stated they would make another batch in four minutes and bring it outside. Mind you the place was quiet and not busy. She waited over 10 minutes and nothing. She went inside and it was sitting on the counter no one bringing it out. The other caribou’s in the area have had good service but this one needs a lot of work.

They will not make decaf caramel cooler drinks anymore when they have made them in the past for me. They also got rid of dog treats and many menu items. They are now burning bagels the past few times I got them. Newer workers are also very rude. This place sure went down hill the past couple months

These people don't know how to make coffee. I asked for dark roast and the coffee was so light I could see through it. It was like rusty water. Never stopping at the Virginia MN Caribou again.

I've been holding off on doing a review of this location. Mainly because I wanted to visit it a handful of times and give it a fair chance since my past visits were disappointing. Unfortunately it has not gotten any better. From extraordinarily long wait times to items made wrong, it continues to disappoint. Today I really hoped to give a good review but, after watching the barista scratch a rash and stick that hand in the ice to make my drink it changed my mind. Afterward I watched only 2 espresso shots go into my large iced Americana. This was after the barista stand around wondering what to do and asking another employee how to make it, only to be told you got it. I have notified corporate about the problems I've had in the past and they have been responsive, however nothing in store has changed. With that in mind it is going to be what it is. Perhaps in the future I can re review this location and score it differently.

Every morning, I go for my morning iced tea. I call it my Niced-tea because the lady who is always there in the morning, LeAnna, is SO NICE! I call her my nice-tea lady! Makes my mornings better getting to chat shortly with her. I'm so sad because I'm moving out of state now and won't get my Niced-tea or see my nice-tea lady! Thanks LeAnna, you're wonderful!
