Great Caribou location here in Virginia MN. I ordered using the app for instore pickup. The order was correct and ready when I arrived a few minutes later. Definitely will patronize this location in the future.

You guys use to to have really good bagel breakfast sandwiches...now they are over cooked and the bacon is not cooked all the way through. I have kept trying but Everytime I am disappointed. It's been happening for a month. Please do better. I use to really enjoy the bagels now it's just a disappoint.

A bit spendy for our area but excellent coffee!! Loved the Caramel Mocha cappuccino! Bummer that you don't still get same drink refill & it was regular coffee. Employees were very friendly & did a great job! Thank you!

I use the drive thru and have stated most times that I wanted ICED latte. Then I get to the window and they're handing me a hot latte. What they say is that I'm not asking for the iced option. I can understand their frustration but don't think they understand or care about mine. The entire thing could be a simple change in their process which involves a SIMPLE 7 word question : Would you like that hot or cold?
They manage it across the street at McDonalds every single time one I go thru.their drive thru for the same drink

Hi Caribou crew!
Recently my girlfriend and I swung through here on our way back home from a mini holiday away. We placed our order and there was some confusion over her drink order, and we ended up getting something made incorrectly.
My GF noticed right away it wasn't almond milk in her mocha so I encouraged her to go back through (my time spent working at coffee shops has taught me they will make it right for you). She was very nervous cause she doesn't want confrontation, so I guided her through what to say to help ease her. The staff was very polite but seemed like they were expecting us to be very mad. But we weren't mad, guys. You all are beautiful and I'm sorry if people yell at you over small mistakes. No worker deserves that treatment. Thank you for being kind/helpful. We'll definitely stop through here in the future.

Id give 2.5 stars if it would let me. I've gone multiple times now since it opened and service is usually slow. Almost always go in. Though today I went through drive through and service was timely. My biggest reason for the 2 stars is they have on multiple occasions messed up my order. Today it was that i got my green tea still instead of sparkling as i ordered. this has happened multiple times at this location. I drove off before checking, as I was in a rush this evening, and I'm not driving back around or going in to have them fix it. When you splurge for a treat, its disappointing to not get what you order. Didnt ask for my perks number either. Haven't had issues with other caribous as I have had here.

Their inside still isn't open and even if the app isn't working (which is often) they won't let you order inside still. Once these are addressed I would give a much better rating. Oh and also they close at like 5 now...no clue what good that does

I use to love this place, and I usually never leave a bad review anywhere, but lately, it hasn’t been good. MOST of the employees are nice, a couple are rude and off putting. Lots of mix ups in orders lately, and the last month they haven’t had any sandwiches hardly, I would ask for 3 different food items and they would say they don’t have any of them. Usually I would just walk away with nothing at all.
