Drinks were well done, and not overly sugary like some of the local chains in the area. Space was cozy, and the view outside was good. Ordered a pastry and it was watery and flavorless. That could have been better.

a fairly cozy spot considering it's in a grocery co-op. So the noise level is a higher than most coffee shops. It's not as inviting to stick around a while and chat with friends vs. other coffee shops, but it is an excellent place to pop in for a caffeine fix or to sit for a few minutes

One of my regular haunts now that I live in the valley. In the food industry involved owners make for great experiences, and this place is proof of that; the coffee is top notch, the food is mouth-watering, and the price and ambiance and location are all unbeatable. Nothing compares to a great coffee shop, and The Daily Grind has this figured out!

I looked on your website and your hours show that you would be open until 7! Why are you not open until 7 is all I want to know! I love your lattes and on Friday’s I try hard to get there before 7pm so I can get your great coffee. Could you please tell me why you are not open until 7pm! Thank you

Stop in for an excellent coffee, pastry, or sandwich while sitting on the comfortable couch seating while you peruse through the books of the adjacent bookstore!

Great coffee, conversations with the locals and a killer view of the marina and St. Croix River. Idyllic! Great sandwiches and muffins with a bookstore in the front to purchase a new or gently used book. Wheelchair accessible in the front/ bathrooms and decks out back to enjoy the Riverview.

One of my favorite spots to hit when I am in Stillwater, reasonable prices for a small and local coffee shop, great atmosphere and everyone is always so friendly!

Great place to stop for coffee in Stillwater. We bicycled from White Bear Lake to Stillwater. Then we stopped at The Daily Grind for coffee. My wife had a delicious mocha, and I had a perfectly made cappuccino. We then sat on the outside deck and enjoyed the view of the St Croix on a beautiful fall day before heading up the Browns Creek trail back to White Bear Lake.

Stupendous, Always a treat!
Thick cinnamon swirl 🍞 is my favorite. They also have a great selection of "Republic of Teas".
The two women who served were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I was trying to find a study spot near me and wanted to avoid chains. This seems more of a grab and go place than a hang out and study place. It was also pretty empty. My mocha was average, nothing special.
Probably won't return as the hours are not ideal. They close at 5pm on weekdays and 2pm on weekends. The manager seemed disgruntled when I didn't realize the closing time (never having been there before), but otherwise the staff seemed hospitable.
