Diamond Dust Bakery & Coffee Shop

My wife and I shared an excellent Bagel Breakfast Sandwich, Apple Fritter & Chocolate Covered Donut plus the coffee was wonderful. The college student working the counter did an outstanding job with customer service and taking such great care of us. We were there on Saturday morning March 12th, 2022. Also bought a couple cookies on the way out that we ate later and they were second to none and cannot be beat.

So cute & colorful place. 😍 barkey & coffee are delicious 😋 bartisa was bubbly sweet to give ideas 💡 would come here again.

very cute little bakery. the cupcakes are ADORABLE and all dusted with diamond dust :) i wouldn’t say that their drinks are exactly wonderful so i would recommend just stick to eating their delicious desserts. they do offer indoor seating, and you have to bus your own tables. gender neutral restrooms, too. overall very nice stop if you are visiting Gustavus 🧁

If you haven't stopped here yet, you're making a huge mistake. If you can make it in and try some of their freshly made goodies, you may just find your life completed. Don't go to Dunkin' donuts. Go here. The flavors are incredible.

The ladies at Diamond Dust bakery made the most beautiful treats for my daughter’s birthday tea party! They also have the best sugar cookie you will ever eat!

Cupcakes is where I started. Sucked me in. Then I moved into rolls and cookies, and lord help me, the cranberry wild rice bread with chicken salad, yummm! It is my favorite! At times! When I remember I order the bread ahead so I can make other things at home! So good!
We’ve ordered some birthday cakes as well! Phenomenal on decor for my twins’ birthday!

The first sandwich I had there was THR best!
And all of there bakery items are also the best
But today I came in nearing 2 o'clock and the sandwich was Absolutely horrible.
Tasted like it had been cooked over and over and I couldn't get out fast enough to throw up

This is an adorable little bakery located up on the hill right next to Gustavus. They serve soup, sandwiches, and of course bakery treats. The cupcakes are a perfect size for one person, or get a couple to share to taste the different offerings. The cookies (Monster) are absolutely awesome! There is ample seating inside. When I went, there was a group meeting, and there was no parking spots in the lot, but there is free on street parking available. I went in at a peak time and stood in line for a number of minutes, and I'm so glad I did. It was worth the wait! Definitely going back next time I'm in St. Peter to visit my college student!

My husband and I got married in May, and we were beyond blessed to receive a Military Wedding Giveaway! We can’t thank Diamond Dust Bakery enough for their gracious donation of a wedding cake and cupcakes. We were so happy to have a beautiful cake to cut and plenty of cupcakes for all of our guests! They were absolutely stunning and delicious! Thank you so much for everything.
