Diamond Dust Bakery & Coffee Shop

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
A beautiful coffee shop and bakery. The inside is decorated so cute and makes you feel welcome and invited. The staff is warm and friendly and of course the coffee is delicious.
Then all of the bakery items look amazing in the case it is hard to decide among the delicious looking goodies. I ordered a monster cookie and it was better than homemade and MONSTER size!!! The chocolate chocolate cupcake was not too sweet and the frosting was soft and delicious.
I went back to Diamond Dust 4 times in the 2 days I was visiting St. Peter and I will miss this place when I go back home.
I will definitely be making a point of visiting when I am in the area again.

I love most everything from this bakery. Love the bacon and egg waffel sandwich in the morning with my cold brew! My favorites lunches are the hot or cold beef sandwiches and the creamy chicken or beef soups. The chocolate chip cookies, and many bakery items are hard to choose from as they are all fantastic! If you haven't stopped here yet, I don't understand why!!

Hello. I am sitting on my couch with family, after eating my second piece of Tiramisu, ordered from this establishment. It was so good, I don't know what to do with myself. So good that I opened up my laptop, and immediately went to leave this review after having it.

It was precisely what I was looking for, and was the best I've ever had. Please exercise caution when visiting their bakery; everything looks amazing, and you might lose self control.

Amazing food and beautiful restaurant. The baked goods are always hard to choose from because they are all so delicious. The sandwiches and the hot meal and soup options are incredible too. The assortment of beverage options is perfect. You can't go wrong with any choice because these sisters and crew are incredibly talented.

Definitely a hidden gem. I have lived in the Mankato area for almost ten years and never heard of this place. We went there yesterday and it was one of the best coffee shops/bakeries I've ever been too. There was a ton of amazing looking baked goods to choose from and the apple fritter was probably the best apple fritter I've ever had. Plus, the coffee drinks were actually very good. Definitely recommend!!

Their Carmel pecan rolls are HUGE and amazing!!! Highly recommend those and the chicken salad on the cranberry bread sandwich.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Pastries and light lunches, coffee drinks. Fun owners. Cupcakes, creampuffs, croissants. We had the Unicorn Hot Chocolate and donut for our 8 year old this last visit. Awesomeness!

I recently came at the end of the day where the selections were less but was still not disappointed in my selection. A Bavarian cream filled roll with chocolate frosting and chunks of Toffee.. along with a Peach Smoothy... really good! Friendly service too!

I had the best customer service experience along with a cupcake that looked elegant for my sister’s 40th and tasted Devine!!
