SK Coffee: Coffee Bar & Roastery

The people here are not simple baristas; they are coffee sommeliers. The terrior of the sourced coffees they use, the preparation of each brewed cup... seriously, they've taken the attention to detail typically reserved for a winery and adapted it to their approach to coffee service.

Already my new favorite St. Paul coffee shop, I can't wait to see what they do next once their expansion is complete. Go here and try their offerings before everyone else discovers this gem and it becomes impossible to get a cup of their amazing brew.

Truly some of the best roasted beans you can find anywhere in the twin cities.. slightly higher prices than average for high-end coffee, but well worth it in my opinion.

If you love single origin coffee then this is the place for you. They don't do a lot of the sweet drinks but the pourover was excellent! Probably the best light roast espresso shot I've had in MN. Their SK sparkling tea was delicious as well. Definitely going back soon

Excellent light roast specialty coffee. Barista's are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Espresso was perfectly balanced and pour over was also delightful. These folks play with unique processes like anaerobic and koji process which is very fun. The space is also wonderful with plenty of room to relax indoors and out!

Simply one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to. Outstanding coffee selection, and a spectacular atmosphere. I will make a point to visit here every time I’m home.

Do not be fooled by the simple menu - my experience was not simple. Honestly, this was the best coffee I had while in MN for business. From the quality of the beans to the thoughtful sourcing of multiple milks, it was delightful. Worth every penny to not only support local and sustainable - but also really great coffee.

Such a cool spot hidden in Saint Paul! It’s next to a brewery so you know the party can still keep going!

BUT anyways! Very good coffee I got the egg nog latte! And they roast in the same facility too so everything is super fresh 👌🏼 lots of table space to spread out, so work, or meet up with friends! Definitely recommend

Our favorite coffee bar in St. Paul! Absolutely delicious coffee clearly made with care and craft. We have a bag on hand for home brewing at all times. The cafe is a chill, open space perfect for studying, working remote, gathering with friends, etc. Love all the greenery and minimalist decor. Convenient to have a large parking lot too!
