Caribou Coffee

I had asked them to discard one previous Caribou coffee cup so I had room to put the TWO new ones I was purchasing (+$10)...I was told no, we can't take it because of health reasons. This location will also take 10+ minutes to prepare your drink, so plan ahead.

Confused is the word that comes to mind- ok coffee , over process and Tried to not give coffee
And the. Asking for a tip? Lol

i Started be regular customer this location on Sat after work for couple hours.
i like this location and the staff.

looking at floor and everywhere is not as neat or maintain, if its more clean ill which to five star!

This morning I spent 15 minutes waiting for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. For some reason,despite, the fact that I was there FIRST to order, people who showed up later than me left earlier with their drinks. Finally, when I got my coffee (15 mins later) I approach the cashier asking about my egg white turkey bacon. She is checking with someone and they tell her that they are out of it. She asks me if I wanted to order something else instead. LOL. Like I don't have to work. SO, here I am at work late with no breakfast and no apologies... Could have at least made my coffee free... nope. They are that busy, that I don't matter. It's upsetting, but I will make my morning through lunch while staying positive that maybe customer service in America will go up again.

I don't know much about caribou as I rarely go there. When I do they offer a few suggestions when I list a few parts of what I'm looking for. They are really nice as well.

I usually go through the drive thru and always have had great service, but I came in before noon on February 23rd and the entire staff was so nice!! They addressed me by name and they were so pleasant even despite it being really busy. Yayayay for you guys!!

Not honoring perks because your perk system is down??? The perk was good for one day so tellling me to come back tomorrow is not useful. This isnt the first time we have had issues with our perks at this location. Caribou should be honoring perks whether their system works or not. People are not driving around using their perks at multiple locations. Give me a break!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. They also provide drink recommendations based on your likes/dislikes. I love the atmosphere and will continue to come to this coffee shop location.

This is a very nice, well maintained and really friendly location. As far as flavor Caribou destroys Starbucks. No contest!!

Always friendly and they always have the makings for my specialty. Not every store can get me my Northern light cooler decaf.
