I rarely leave reviews but I just wanted to say that this caribou location has been fantastic every time I’ve come through for the past few years! Everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond to start your morning out right!

I always have a good experience here with staff and my drink is always made correctly.
My only complaint is that they have majority bar stool, high-top table seating. Nearly all of the normal tables are always taken whenever I visit this location and sitting at a chair without a back is uncomfortable after a while. Same as not being able to put your feet flat on the floor.

Brian, Nate, and Jaren(sp?) were so friendly and helpful this morning, I was impressed. I have never had a bad experience at this Caribou. They've always been friendly, fast, and fresh.
Update: got the blueberry muffins and for $2.99 it wasn't great. A bit dry. I was hoping for it to be moist and a little gooey if that makes sense. Plus I forgot to ask for it warmed up and they didn't ask me either. Wasn't worth the calories

This morning I stopped by caribou and placed my order at 8:40 am. I spent over 20 minutes waiting for my coffee and iced tea. People who showed up later left earlier with their drinks. I was patient enough and waited for about 10 minutes because I noticed they were busy with drive-thru, funny enough none of the employees could even come up to me and ask if I had gotten my order. 9:00 am I got up to ask for my order and they were all confused then the lady in charge of making the drinks finally spoke up that she left it by the drive-thru (I came inside not through the drive-thru 🙄) so basically my drinks were standing there for almost 20 minutes without telling me it was ready. Specifically to that lady, that was totally bad customer service you made me get to work late “thank you”. To the guy that gave me complimentary cards I don’t know your name but thank you.

I usually go to the one that’s near cub but they have such poor service and are always closed and have random hour changes. Decided to come to this one and I think we’ll just have to just make the drive down university.

This caribou is never consistent with their drinks. Maybe go over how to make drinks with the staff? Also it always takes forever. Even if I'm the only one in the drive thru. I am in line for 1 drink for at least 5 min with no one in front of me.

It’s always a hit or miss with my drink being made correctly. I used to buy here every morning on my way to work and if I’m lucky, like once a week I won’t have a watered down hot coffee. For the prices they charge, you’d think they would add all your toppings and make it properly. I’m not sure if it’s because they change baristas so often or their baristas don’t understand that avid coffee drinkers only come here because of a reason- and that is because they want things a specific way. Don’t call it a signature hot drink and charge close to $7 and give me 1/2 cup water added to it and burnt milk. I’ll not be coming here again. No thanks. I’ve been tricked and disappointed too many times.
