Norsland Lefse

This place is such a nice place to visit. They have great food, many involving lefse. The uffda wrap with salsa and bacon is my favorite. It is big enough for two people to share. The place is clean. They have a shop that you can buy Norwegian items, many different t-shirts. You can also watch them make lefse.

Fun place to visit, & watch lots of lefsa made automated. Fascinating! And delicious! They also had a gift shop, & served coffee, pastries, & a lefsa

The lefse wraps are amazing!!

The lefse I received was not edible. I ordered two shipments of the minimum order (3 packs/nine rounds), one for myself in Atlanta, and one for my parents in Iowa. We all took only a bite and that was all she wrote! My Dad's response was "Ick!" My Mom said it was completely tasteless and so thin she was unable to unfold it as it ripped. The lefse in the package I received had dark blotches on one end (the color reminded me of potatoes that have been left out too long). It was like eating dough, totally tasteless and nothing recognizable as lefse.

I called Norsland Lefse and related our disappointing experience to the manager. He said that the packages had been received in a timely manner, and when I asked if it was possible that this could have been a bad batch, he said no, that's not possible, that they have a quality product. He offered to replace the lefse, which I declined as if in fact their product is the same all the time, what would be the point in receiving more shipments of horrible lefse. I would have liked a refund of the $50 I wasted. If I'd have known this company did not stand behind their products and did not take seriously the feedback of unsatisfied customers, I would never have given my business to Norsland Lefse.

I loved the Lefse breakfast wrap with bacon and Hollainse sauce. Wow, that's a good filling breakfast for only $6. My friend had a Swen breakfast meal with 2 full plates of food. The breakfast here beats Perkins any day.

The Uffda Wrap is a breakfast lover's dream! Fresh lefse and pastries made daily. The staff is friendly. Great place to check out if you're visiting the area, a true Minnesota gem.

I have loved your lefse and ordered for several years. It has gotten progressively thinner to the point where it impossible to spread out. I will be looking for another maker and shipper.

Fantastic, if I lived anywhere near that place I would have the Lefse with the eggs, hashbrowns and peppers,and sausage with the hollandaise sauce at least twice a week. I forget the name of it but it alone is reason enough to go!

Damn good lefse!I have only gotten their lefse at my local market but it is the only kind I like except for made the made at home kind. I never even checked to see if it was available directly but now that I know I will place my order.

Please offer longer hours during high peak tourist season to visit your wonderful store and restaurant. It's just not enough time to enjoy the
store, restaurant and bargain basement when you close at 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Thank you
