Norsland Lefse

God place to get Lefse!! Recommend it!! Worth the trip for fresh Lefse!!

We grabbed some pastries to go and it was excellent, every bit of it.
Nice friendly helpful ladies working there too.

You may not know what Lefse is but you should count yourself lucky if you have a chance to have some from Norsland. With real potatoes and the watchful eyes of the expert backers you could be having one of their giant rounds with some soft butter and sugar and rolled up into a holiday treat.

We love this place! The best lefse wraps ever, but it's not just that...it's the date filled cookies, ligonberry jam, donuts, cookies. Nobody makes donuts as good as theirs. Sweet, but if you're going to cheat this is the place to do it. We usually take home a dozen lefse and try to make wraps like they do (theirs are still better), ligonberry jelly, donuts, filled cookies, and bread. Then head to Bauer's Market in Le Cresent for apples and cranberries.

We love this place. We always stop by and get a breakfast leftse when we are in town. They are huge and delicious and your one entree will feed two people! And they have a great souvenir shop inside it for all your gifting needs. Dontchaknow.... You betcha!

Fun to watch them actually making lefse.
The lefse store has lots of items to make you chuckle. We bought several packages of lefse and got a great price! Really enjoyed the store, bakery and their people! The town was also fun to explore!

Call ahead for new hours. We drove out of the way to go here and they were closed before 2pm without a posting saying why. No hours listed on the door either.

Lefse is authentic Norwegian and great!

I ordered Lefse for our son and his wife over the phone. The phone call was easy and the person taking the order was so nice and friendly. Our daughter-in-law is from the state of Virginia and had never heard of lefse, but says she is now addicted. They live in Montana and the lefse was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in a short period of time. Thanks, Norsland, I will be ordering more very soon.
