The friendliness of the staff makes this one of my favorite Caribou shops. They are extremely welcoming and always remember to ask for my Caribou member number. If you need a menu recommendation, they can ALL guide you to something you will enjoy. The drive-thru has the standard signage but it is a bit faded. If you can order ahead online, it will be faster to walk in and get your drink, as this popular location can have a busy drive-thru. There is a quiet seating nook for working/studying in the back of the shop, away from the usual noice of business; it is closed due to COVID restrictions right now. The outdoor seating patio is west-facing and is open, however, it is hard again the front door and does not currently have sun umbrellas. (I don't mind, but those who prefer shade and more space might dislike the patio.) The cream/sugar station is right next to the front door, and is somewhat in the way as people enter/exit the shop.

Always friendly staff and outstanding customer service. Doesn't matter what time of day you visit this location. No long waits usually. Best location in the area.

I visit this store often and although the coffee is good the line I have to wait in and how long it takes to get my coffee is way too long. consistently I am waiting at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru regardless of whether or not there are two cars in front of me or four. I visited today and pulled up at 3:40 p.m. I did not leave until 4:02 p.m. I do not think I will be visiting this store again. I watched as my three drinks were ready waiting on the counter and instead of them bringing them to the drive-thru and handing them to me they waited for the person's drinks behind me to be made so they could bring them up at the same time.

*Was their yesterday. Consistency in making the coffee is not their one day it's good next it's not customer service needs work went through dry through my coffee came out and the guy was still helping other customers rather than taking my payment and handed me my coffee.

*Was at this location a week ago. Ordered My fiance their hot mocha coffee once he was able to try it all it taste like was hot no flavor water. Consistency is not there.

It really is hit or miss. The last two times have completely turned me off from this location. The first of these visits, I ordered 3 drinks. Only after they made them did they tell me they had no carriers. Not even an offer to help me. Only a kind customer opened the door. How can one person carry the hot drinks? Today I ordered a drink and the guy at the register acted like I was inconveniencing him. I used a gift card and couldn't even tell me what was left or offer a receipt. I just leave with a bad taste due to poor help. Drinks taste good though.

I come to this store pretty often and mostly have no issues, however, there’s been multiple times going through the drive thru that I received something totally different than what I ordered. As a note to customers: check your drink before you drive away with it.

Always out of cinnamon coffee cake, had to wait 16 minutes in the drive through then they got my order wrong. I have an 17 month old in the car so it's not like I can just run in and get it fixed. So now here I sit for presumably another 15-20 minutes in the drive through that there is no way to get out of once you get to the speaker.

What I want to know is; Why if they run out of soy milk why can't they go get more from cub foods right across the parking lot??? O plus if u want your drink to taste like white chocolate u always need to ask for extra white chocolate, never used to be that way. Sorry but the place has gone down hill ever since the drive-thru was added 😕 I could go on about getting rid of the really good worker's but won't other then u should have paid them better.

the staff is so nice and super quick with orders too:-) i always feel bad if i order on the fly n show up 5 minutes later but its usually always done already and if not, it’s ready in not evrn a few minutes. super great place!
