Caribou Coffee

The space was bright and clean, the service was friendly and I love all the comfy sitting space here. One of the best caribous I've been to in a long time. Well done, New Ulm.

Best Caribou experience I have ever had. Their team was very joyful, kind, respectful. They seemed to actually want to be there. I waited for my coffee and the person at the window didn't seem impatient he had a conversation with me while we waited. They seemed so happy which made me very happy.

I've been there on and off since opening, the staff is wonderful and always friendly with great customer service. There's been a little wait each time I've gone but I don't mind because my coffee is always yummy when I get it. Keep up the great work, I think you guys are doing awesome. 😊

I try to order the Smoked Salmon Nova every time, but am told it is not available that day. They say they need to thaw the salmon first. When I ask when it will be available, they cannot answer. I even asked if I would order a day ahead, would it be available. They could not verify the salmon would then be available. You may as well take it off the menu.

Not one to review cause I get it when it gets busy mistakes happen but they take about 5 min each vehicle and almost always mess up on our order, ungrateful for tips, never say thank you for tips when they tell us there’s a prompt just for tips. Waited 10 min for our order to be fixed, never came while serving everyone else first so we left.

Update 3/30/22 - I just went to caribou at 8:03 pm. The sign on the door says they are open until 9:00 pm. However we sat at the order board for about 5 minutes with no answer from anyone to find an employee standing by the window eating. So.... I have no idea if they were actually open until 9 or if they closed at 8 but the sign on the front of the store clearly says 9:00pm!!! Omg I'm getting sick of this place.

I am still happy New Ulm finally has a Caribou, however it has been going down hill a bit. I am missing ingredients in my drinks often, the drinks are not as hot as they used to be, the prices keep going up and I am finding it more difficult to figure out when they are open. I have been to town 3 times and each time, varying times of the day, I go through the drive thru and they are closed! It's so frustrating! All I want is a coffee!

Previous post: I am so glad there is a caribou in New Ulm now. The drive thru wait is sometimes longer than expected, but my drinks are always right and hot. I don't like how they put you on the spot to tip though at the window. It makes me uncomfortable.

Coffee is great!! Just need a different system for those that order ahead to pick up they drive thru. You shouldn't have to wait 25 min in line and then get cold coffee that should be hot and cold food. When I order at drive thru its great but ordering ahead to pick up is horrible!!

As this location recently opened they are still a little slow because of all the rushes they are getting. Great Vanilla Breve. Unable to do a Blanco Americano as they don't have the vanilla powder, but they can rig one up using the white mocha syrup but it does need to be sweetened. All the staff are fantastic so far.

It was my first time since the facility opened and I was amazed at the polite and courteous staff at the menu board and the drive up window. I will certainly be returning.

Whoever put a caribou in new ulm needs a good bad scratch. I’m gonna go into debt because of this place. I would sell my left kidney for their coffee. I order almost everyday, I should get a celebrity discount.
