My favorite coffee shop cause I'm a stubborn German who won't hop on the Starbucks train!! Always, always get the turtle mocha and am never disappointed, however I will start experimenting to give a more proper review. Cashier was very patient and helpful to my ignorant self and was quite appreciated. Pricing...(sighs)...the price of drinks in these types of shops are insane no matter where you go. I look at it as a treat, like Dairy Queen. Having said that, the product you receive should be outstanding in many ways to make the price worth it. In this case it was!

I love Caribou. But I'm so tired of waiting in the drive thru line for what seems like forever, to get the order wrong. The wait and the accuracy of ordering are a disappointment. We've been going there less and less. However The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere inside is nice.

Made a drink that was not good and I took one sip. Asked for an exchange of a cheaper priced drink and they said no. Terrible experience and this place is inconsistent. This was over $6.

They always get my order right but this morning. I ordered 2 cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and they just warmed both of them it up in the microwave and I did not receive any cream chesse.

Other then good customer service and a wonderful interior….. they always get my drinks wrong. Or give me the wrong drink. Todays offense? Pretty sure this caramel crafted press never hit the blender. Sugar is still in the bottom and no caramel added. Also tastes like normal milk instead of oat. First couple times alright no issue it gets busy. But when its 2/7 days a week my order is right, and the rest i just drink it because im at work and cant send it back…. its getting pretty disappointing. Attached is the photo of my drink today. Mouth full of grainy sugar and salt. I legit buy a drink a day guys. Its the same thing. My fiance gets the right drink about 2/7 times too.

Didn't realize it was okay for an employee to wear that much facial jewelry when serving customers. That same employee, who took my order, then disappeared in to the back and left their co-workers to fill the order. Extremely poor service by that individual. See the order through. Also there was no coffee creamer and sugar available at the one counter, just sweetner. All other locations I have been to, it's been available for the customer to add themselves.
