Caribou Coffee

Horrible coffee for the past 3 years everytime I have gone to this location my coffee has had a burnt flavor to it. I typically stick to the location by target I have never had an issue with thiers. I only really stop at this location when I'm short on time and I always try to give them a chance but tonight was the last straw. I'm pregnant and allow myself one coffee a week half decaf half regular. This one tasted so burnt I couldn't even drink it. Highly disappointed and will never be giving them another chance.

Refused to take a phone order... I'm supposed to pull over download the app sign up, add money to a perks card... screw that, I was trying to save time. Caribou, you have lost my business. There is an important thing called customer service. You should try it. You could have sold 7 more drinks a couple times a week. Instead I went to Starbucks in target. They gladly took my order, and had it ready to go when I got there.

ALWAYS quick drive thru. Friendly service and yummy coffee. OH! and the breakfast sandwiches are to die for!

Caribou coffee is all I need to say. Drop the mic. Their blended coffees are the best in town, and they support our troops. Unlike their competitors. I won't mention any names,Starbucks.

Easily the best CC I have been to. Joan runs an excellent team that is fast, fun, and accurate. I even go a bit out of my way to get to this CC once in a while. 😍

Fast service, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Plus the drinks are really good. Parking is strange but the location offers easy and quick access to the highway.

Just wanted a morning dark roast fresh brew. Was not disappointed.

Every time I come to this caribou and order online it shows my drink as available but when I get to the store they inform me that they are out of the beverage. Please keep your online menu updated.

The most awesome place in town!

The staff is always friendly, the coffee is always good. Just wish it was a bit easier to get in and out of on a busy day.
