Caribou Coffee

I like this place... but there got to be some way to speed up the line of cars in the drive thru. Sincerely your biggest fan.

Coffee. Yaaaaa!

Only problem i have on a continuous basis: my order is large dark roast, no cream or sugar. Just a coffee. I NEVER get a hot cup. I think they are so busy making fufu drinks that an actual cup of coffee is a foreign concept. Have asked for a pour over, but that's more expensive. Can't i just get a hot cup of coffee?!?! Please?!?!

I understand when a business is busy. So sitting in line is okay, however i sat at the window for over 15 minutes with no explanation or reason of what was taking so long. The server was kind would be one plus but i would recommend more training for when the busy time approaches.

I work here so maybe I'm a bit biased. We're a small store without a drive-thru so everyone that orders gets face to face interaction. We're personable often taking time with our regular to get to know them and remember their orders. It's a Clean store with a nice interior.

Caribou is a favorite and we like this quick and easy stop before hitting 94. Always friendly staff, clean place & fast service.

Usually they are pretty good about being quick and their quality is consistent. Sometimes you pay $5 and you don't get the chocolate coffee beans and your drink is short a few ounces. Seems like when there are not a lot of cars the attention to detail goes down.

Good atmosphere, good coffee, and good service. I have no complaints. If you're in this area and want coffee, this is the place!

Super comfy and the employees are nice, even when it's crazy busy. This location is prime, especially because it has a drive thru. Coffee is hot and correct. My cappuccino had the right amount of foam. The inside is clean and has plenty of outlets for your devices.

Extremely poor service. I got a "surprise" drink today.
These people really think they can pull a fast one on us. Don't waste your precious time or money!
