Caribou Coffee

Stopped here a couple of times for breakfast when visiting the town. They were moving quite fast, even if the place was busy with quite a few people in line. Despite the morning rush, the place was clean and well organized. There are quite a few options for breakfast at this place.

Pros:
Decent priced drip and free refills

Cons:
Internet does not work. And has not worked for over 6 months. Filed complaint with manager. She said she has contacted Caribou multiple times and they are under contract with an internet provider that apparently does not supply working internet...

Wobbly tables for over a year. So bad you spill coffee when setting it down.

Super loud beeping when bagels are done being cooked, enough where I'm sure employees have hearing damage, customers too. (Not sure if this has been solved as haven't been back for awhile.

Bad acoustics resulting in asking twice when ordering coffee, then still ending up with wrong coffee.

Last time I went in they only had 1 drip, usually they have 3. Bunch of inventory was out too.

Usually have to ask for creamer, they never have it out for people to use.

If you want to in there and have a conversation you will be yelling. No joke. Acoustics again are terrible and between the worlds loudest espresso machine and a handful of people talking good luck.

I've been to the second highest mountain in Central America (third world country on a mountain). The base hut Cerro Chirripo at 12,000ft. They had free internet, hot coffee, and tables were not wobbly, just saying.

P.S Nice computer automated response asking me to email you with the location. When the location is already listed. What a worthless company.

A bunch of times they have been out of something... one of the "moderators" was really rude about giving a refund. The one time I told them I had my own cups and they didnt tske them then when I gave them to them they didn't make what I ordered and got syrup all over my kids cup and didnt even wipe it down. Not impressed.

Twice now I have come. Once through the drive thru, once inside. Both times were ridiculously slow. Food and drink were good but shouldn’t have to wait a half hour.

I love the iced coffee. I just wish it wasn't over 5 dollars for a medium iced coffee. I Ended up buying 1 to share with the girlfriend. It really should not cost that much... However people must pay the price anyways...

Had to do some remote work from Marshall recently. Finding wireless that performs well all day despite busy times can be challenging. I was able to office here for a few days, enjoy the coffee and breakfast sandwiches and a sandwich for lunch. I'll be back when I need to office here again.

Come here all the time and love it! I love that they make coffeeless drinks for my kids to enjoy with me :) keep up the good work!
