Breakfast sandwiches are delicious and this place has awesome coffee (not watered down dunkin dognuts, ehem, I mean donuts). Even if you are not big on coffee, there is something here for you to enjoy here. Clean dining room and restrooms. More than enough parking available. I saw several people working on laptops and it gave me the city feel of a Starbucks / coffee shop in Manhattan. Not but a stones throw from SMSU. Good place to be near people but also In your own little space. As an extroverted introvert I like to know people are around but not always have to interact with them. Maybe some of you will understand.
Polite staff. Great service. Way better than Starbucks in my opinion!! Fair prices as well.

Slowest drive thru we’ve ever experienced at a Caribou Coffee. Then to top it off the order was wrong. No apology. Just a please pull ahead and wait. 32 minutes start to finish.

The coffee here is amazing and the employees are friendly. There is usually a bit of a wait but I love that my food is freshly made. They make eggs as they need them and freshly slice their produce.

We drove thru the driveup and were instructed by a note to proceed to the front door as the drive up was closed. We parked and proceeded to the front door to doscover it was locked with another note, "We are short-staffed, sorry for the inconvience." However, there were many people inside. We then went to Bagels and Brew and had a wonderful experience.

Terrible. I love coffee, but hate the wait. Every time I have been through the drive thru, I have waited 20+ minutes. I usually get a Cooler, and every single time my cooler has been melted, so you know it has been sitting for awhile. For as many workers as there are in there, you would think the would been a bit more organized and quick with the drive thru. And I have not had a single employee smile at me, they are all very smug and rude and just hand over your items without a word. Smile more = more tips. Won't be getting my business again until things get better.

I ordered four drinks - three of which were the same exact drink. We waited over twenty minutes. customers who were behind us in line received their drinks before we did & we had to leave before they were even finished with our fourth drink. A literal waste of money.

This location continues to have problems with customer service, efficiency, and quality of their drinks. Seems like they are always out of something - straws, cup sleeves, whip cream. Today, I sat in the drive-thu after ordering my drinks for over 15 minutes - 5 of those minutes were AFTER I paid for my drinks at the window.
The thing I really love about Caribou is that there is (usually) consistencies across the brand - I go to many Caribou's and they should be the same. I don't think I'll be frequenting this Caribou as often - there are other, LOCAL, coffee shops in town.

Coffee was what you would expect. Although it took almost 10 minutes to get one order. That was not so good.

I love caribou but me and my husband have been dairied for the 4th time. Nothing was done about our coffee order being completely wrong and was given an employee help hotline number.....not a very good experience especially when you are sick from it. Very upset I can’t even enjoy my coffee!
