Noris Cuisine: Little Cafe

We’re in MN, visiting family from St Louis and we stopped in to Noris Cuisine. What a gem of a restaurant in small town MN! The owner and staff were so friendly. The food was amazing. If I could, I’d go back tomorrow. Don’t miss out on the cachapas or the sweet plantain.

Wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Noris daughter and another young lady gave us great suggestions on what to try and we were not disappointed! Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Very friendly and fast service at this small town cafe. Very flavorful and filling dishes with a variety of options to choose from. The Carnitas my Benedict was excellent. Will definitely be on our list of favorite places in the area.

We had booked Noris Cuisine for our wedding reception and IT. WAS. PHENOMENAL.

Everyone was so excited to have something other than rubbery chicken breast and green beans for a wedding meal- and Noris definitely delivered!!

Noris was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions during the planning phase, and was so prompt and ON-IT when it came to execution in the days leading up. Plus the staff she brought to the reception were fun, vibrant, and so organized.

My guests were so happy and everyone RAVED about the food. We had 4 options— 3 different types of bowls and cachapa (which was everyone’s favorite!). All the options are gluten free, and it was super easy to make vegetarian, which meant so many less headaches for me planning wise. Everyone was also well-fed— the portions were generous and people had plenty to eat with one meal each.

I would 110% recommend Noris Cuisine to anyone planning a wedding or party in the near future. I wish I could eat there once a week.

I drove a little under 2 hours to visit this recently opened cafe, and let me tell you it was worth every minute! I have never had food that looks, tastes, and feels as fresh as their food! I had a burrito bowl and I ended up grabbing another to go for my brother. 10/10 will come again!

Great place with excellent service and fresh made delicious food. Dining room could be made more comfortable and it is loud if full. Ventilation system could be improved as you will still smell like the restaurant after leaving. Overall, though, I highly recommend.

Have been there three times. Each time entree’, eat in or take out, was reasonably priced, well portioned, very timely….and excellent tasting food and coffee. Great atmosphere too. Worth the drive from anywhere. A great stop over along I-35 in Geneva MN
