Good Day Coffee

Stopped in for a quick break. Nice small coffee shop. I prefer the non-franchise/chain locations and this fit the bill. Coffee was good, the muffin was good, the service was good.
There's not a lot of seating available inside, a few stools along a bar at the front window. The stools are adjustable and the one I had kept sinking.
Would definitely go back though.

Awesome coffee, when this whole COVID thing is in our rear view mirror, this will be a great place/area to take in down town Faribault. Until then, get your coffee, tea and baked goods to kick off or top off your day!

Great cappuccino, milk wasn't too hot. They use Lavazza espresso here which is a nice mild smooth espresso, very tasty. This place appears to be the best coffee shop in Faribault.

Ambience and atmosphere feel a bit like an old fashioned ice cream shop.

It feels like the owners really know the community, serving both old school, small town vibes and modern accessibility. They have fresh baked pie and 4 different milk alternatives. There are lots of flavor possibilities for drinks to draw in mega-chain coffee consumers.
I had a pistachio latte with macadamia milk. It was marginally sweeter than expected, but very good.

Love this little cafe! The pops of color inside are refreshing compared to the rest of downtown, and the coffee and pastries are great! The owners are super sweet too :)
