Great organic/healthy grocery store especially with the absence of any Whole Foods. The grab and go, plus the hot food bar & soup options are always reliably tasty. If you’re not a co op member consider joining and supporting this and other establishments like it!

Great pie options! We stopped by after a local restaurant lost our reservation, and we didn’t want to wait 45 minutes for a table. This co-op provided us with exactly what we needed— great pizza and pie from Rustic Inn Cafe! Our cashier was super friendly too!

This is a friendly, long-standing healthy foods store that has been in Duluth at 2 other locations since the early 1980's. The best buys are the spices and bulk grains and nuts. Bring your own containers; bags or bottles. The store employees are helpful & patient. Some of the kindest staff work here. The Whole Foods has a long tradition of serving our community with a focus on both environmentally and healthy choices for the common person.

I love this place! The staff are helpful and friendly, great selection of organic, non-gmo food, and the prices are well worth it! Membership to be a part owner is well worth it. I highly recommend the Portobello mushroom sandwich from the deli.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got thrown out for having my bike in the store with me. A store policy designed to keep homeless people out. Well I am just a bike rider that has an expensive bike and wanted a half gallon of milk. I was never asked what I wanted just told store policy. I encourage you to go to the cities for the real Whole Foods and stay away from this elitist over priced store and it’s sister store. I was a member. Please stay away!!!! I will. Super One is where I will get my organic coconut milk from now on. Thank you for such an awful customer service experience

The Co-op coming in clutch for dinner after Sarah's Table lost the reservation for dinner on our anniversary. The co-op saved the day with surprisingly banging pizza and the rustic inn cafe pie (pie and pie dinner), as well as very friendly and helpful staff

Nice gem of a grocery in Duluth. Prices were fair for products and quality. Nice hot bar and other prepared foods. Little but attractive nook where one can eat prepared food. Friendly staff. A very nice alternative to the typical bland and soulless chain supermarket.

Nice store with lots of healthy stuff .. unfortunately their warm food bar never serves fish and always non organic pig and chicken .. it’s not very hard to broil some cod for people who don’t eat beef or pork or chicken .. please take this into consideration

This is a great place to shop! Customers and staff are friendly, and helpful, and the service makes you know you're a priority! The outside is welcoming, with a few seasonal goods, and the inside is clean and well-stocked. The ample parking is paved, well-lit, and has a great waterfront view - with seating for eating both inside and out. There are a bus shelter and bike racks, and Disabled parking is right by the front doors, with short, low ramps. Prices are reasonable for organic products, including vegan and locally-sourced, and the deli is excellent - made fresh on-site or sourced nearby. They have items for good health beyond just food, and you can grind your own coffee and peanut or almond butter! It pays to be a member with Whole Foods Co-op: weekly specials, monthly circular of items on sale and booklet of coupons, as well as special event discounts. You can top off to the next dollar and donate to a different charity every quarter, which will show on your receipt for tax purposes. There is a fresh bulk aisle, and you can order large quantities at the service counter right by the door, where someone is always there to greet you and answer any questions. There are fresh flowers year-round, as well as plants and herbs. And you can catch up on free news, see what's happening around town, and source bus schedules, yoga classes and much in between in the cart lobby - where you enter, exit, and a nice heater greets you in the colder months!

I noticed that some of the items were a bit more expensive than other stores, but unique items compared to other grocery stores.
