The breakfast burrito is a joke! $6 for this tiny burrito (photo attached) that was popped in a microwave.

On the very positive side, the staff was very friendly, fast, and helpful. I asked for something simple for my 2 year old (English muffin with cheese) and they were accommodating and only charged $1.50.

I like this place mostly because of the staff. It is Starbucks coffee but I don’t think the food is the same, meaning it’s pretty good. The only drawback is there are always coffee grounds in my espresso drinks. Maybe it’s a training thing? Great stop(only stop) for the holiday Inn that isn’t a sit down place like the lyric. Speedy service!

Seems mr. microwave does the cooking. $6 for a croissant sandwich a bit much. You can get better tasting of same type of sandwiches at BK 2 for 4 bucks.

I wouldn’t get breakfast items here unless you where really really in a pinch.

The coffee is good. Donuts and pastries are great.

Everything Is Fine

My friend just came home crying and sobbing because of how the staff here treated xer. They talked over xer and stole 7$ and refused to produce documentation of it or even produce a refund receipt for it.

Xi asked for a manager twice and was, over a dozen times, talked over and yelled at by the cashier to eat the 7$ without documentation. Refusing to get a manager and continuing to raise their voice and escalate further. Then they called security on xer, and lied about what was happening.

And worse of all, they repeatedly force-gendered xer despite being informed each time that xi is not a sir or a he.

This location and this hotel and this cafe are thoroughly on my bigots list. I will NEVER be attending this location, my friends will be hearing about what happened at this location, and xi absolutely will never be coming back again!

You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Good breakfast stuff here. Some fruits, a bagel with peanut butter and a good cappucino powered by starbucks.

Trust me, Starbucks at the end of the other block is better. The food here is sus. Nausea is their foods secret ingredient.

Overpriced microwave burritos that tast like they've been in a freezer for months. Food is almost inedible, coffee is good.

Excellent smoothies. The Southwest Torta sandwich on ciabatta was delicious, though the mayo was a bit heavy. Fast and friendly. Nice seating area by huge wall of windows in Holiday Center. Definitely would return for lunch.

Terrible experience i orders one breakfast sandwich and a orange juice. I waited off to the side for my sandwich with seemed to no be coming. After a while I asked Jaylin the femal employee about my sandwich she acted like I didn’t order a sandwich and had to verify with another employee I ordered my sandwich before she started to make it. And then after I waited longer then I should have I asked for I I could be compensated with my wait because other people got there food before me she laughed in my face and said that’s not how this works. And threw me my sandwich

Would like to be able to give them ZERO stars! This is an over priced, out of the way place to go to.. It's mainly there for the Holiday Inn guests or people that may work at or visit other places inside the Skywalk... The worst unaccommodating staff. I was literally assaulted by one of their employees, the front counters order taker literally put hands on me over a cup of ice!!!! I was also 8 months pregnant at this time!! Should have pressed charges. But the hotel staff and The Greenery staff did absolutely NOTHING in this event. Which in the customer service world is HIGHLY unheard of and is EXTREMELY unacceptable!! I think they may have gotten rid of the lady that did this to me.. But no way to know for sure.. As they told me nothing except for at the time that if I had a problem with it then I needed to contact the police... Which I would have but my phone was dead and I didn't have a charger at the time...they never offered any apology or accommodation to help fix that outrageous situation which makes me first ill and makes my jaw drop to the floor! I've worked in customer service jobs for a long time and I never seen anything like this... Never seen a situation so bad handled even WORSE!! Its just an all around stay away from this place type of sad excuse for a company still standing... Terrible!!
