T-Icy Roll Ice Cream

Excellent teas. Service is slow. The T-icy roll ice cream take several minutes to make. They chop and flatten several times, over and over adding the flavors you requested, until perfect texture. Then the employee will roll them up put the icy rolls in a cup and put the topping on it as you requested. So, yes it takes a lot of time but absolutely delicious.
They need a couple more people before summer or they will have lines back up and outside. Because the ice cream and teas are amazing.
I will always stick to my teas. They are the best and perfect everytime.

The ice cream rolls are creamy and melt in your mouth. The texture is more like traditional hand scooped ice cream and less like soft serve than I expected, which I thought was great. Plus they have Boba balls as toppings! We also had a couple sushi rolls, which were good but nothing terribly exciting.

Honestly really reasonable prices for bubble tea, I am never disappointed with the Thai Milk Bubble Tea! 🥰 I have been going to T-Icy Roll for over three years now and I am so glad they opened up in Duluth, MN. The rolled ice cream is also delicious and on lighter side although you get quite a bit! The only thing I would like to see improve would be how long it takes sometimes to get your ordered as they can be busy.

Always such a treat coming here, it's always clean and the sushi/boba/rolled ice cream is always 10/10. Been coming here for a while and always a pleasurable experience!

Amazing stuff! The ice cream is made to order which is fun to watch. There's a great variety of flavors and toppings. They also have bubble tea, hot drinks and sushi available but the ice cream is definitely the star of the show

super worth your time one concern though is they don’t mention the fact you only get three toppings. so chose wisely lol

My boyfriend and I are so happy they have a bubble tea place semi close to where we live, we went the other day and the staff was really nice and I was just so excited to have my favorite Taro bubble tea. We will definitely be coming back <3

This was called the Colorful Garden, it has Matcha and Strawberries rolled in it. Topped off with the toppings I chose. Was absolutely fantastic!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Very very good. Awesome to watch them create your ice cream with natural ingredients. Will definitely be back.
