T-Icy Roll Ice Cream

They have the worst costumer service and the worst drinks I have ever had in my life. All the drinks taste like water and has no flavor, it’s like the add food color to water. The girl has the most ugly attitude, very rude and mean to her costumers. Don’t waste your money here!

Really cool ice cream cafe. They mix the ice cream in front of you and make it into rolls. Then you can add toppings of your choice for a delicious treat. Think Cold Stone meets Chili Billies! They also serve bubble tea, cold or hot. Give yourself a treat come here and enjoy a delicious ice cream roll! You deserve it!

Don't forget they also make great sushi for a reasonable price. I love this place!

Amazing and cute place to get some boba tea and ice cream. I ordered the mango green tea with tapioca and the mango slushie. They were both delicious m. It was made quickly which was nice. If you come here frequently get the punch card! If craving some boba come check this place out. Easy parking lot and just mins from downtown Duluth. Delicious drinks!

Honestly this place makes the best sushi in Duluth. Granted, that’s a really low bar, but they do a pretty decent job and they’re very consistent. Don’t bother with Hanabi.

After seeing their incredible photos via Instagram (ticyrollicecream) and visiting their bubble tea shop (Bubble Tea of Duluth in the Miller Hill Mall) I finally stopped in a few ago for an afternoon pick-me-up in the form of ice cream and a bubble tea. I knew I wasn't going to be disappointed, but what I didn't know was just how blown away I would be - this is, without a doubt, the best ice cream I've ever had. The ice cream is rich and flavorful, the wide selection of toppings is both impressive and delicious, and the atmosphere was great. The interior is clean, modern, and fun and it's going to be hard to resist coming here every day! I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Love the sushi an bubble tea, only thing I don't care for is the sitting area is dirty most of the time

Came to try the Thai and house milk bubble tea. The tea themselves were great but the boba had a funky flower syrup taste (soaked in something I'm guessing?) and a bit too hard for what I'd consider normal.

The ice cream on the other hand? BUY IT. Buy all of it. Menu said organic so randomly ordered some on a whim (cookie monster).... next thing I know the guy is whipping together a liquid and Oreos in a bowl, dumps it on a cold surface, rolled it up and handed it to me. If you're familiar with cold stone, this is 100% better. We ate it so fast I forgot to document it with a picture.

It's a great addition to the city. Fresh sushi & a tasty, hand-rolled ice cream bowl for around $20.00! Be advised, the line is out the door on the weekends. 4.5 stars.
