Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind and helpful. I'm glad they figured out the tight turn for the drive through, and if they are out of things, they have offered some really awesome alternatives that I wouldn't have tried otherwise.

I have been here twice since it's opening and have been blown away by the service and quality. I ordered on the app and did pick up in the drive through. It is so convenient and quick! So glad to have this drive through option in cottage grove! I plan to become a regular :)

Such a great and fast drive thru. Very friendly ppl working!

Worst Caribou experience ever. Waited 27 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order while watching 5 people inside “working”. Obtained coffee that had been sitting for unknown amount of time. Can’t say this was due to staff shortages. I will not return to this location. Many other choices out there that are much better!

Drive Thru... Mind as well go the original location down the street. The speed of this spot is horrendous. Additionally I asked for WARM temperature and not HOT and they understood but received it HOT. Not Happy.

Went there today because I live so close and I'm sick of Starbucks messing up my simple order. They were nice, fast and my drink was perfect! :)

The staff was quick, friendly, and very professional! I was in and out of the drive through in 5 minutes with a delicious drink.
