I go to this drive thru nearly every day. By myself, with my wife, even with my infant son. Our drinks are always on point, the staff are so much fun to talk to and do a wonderful job of getting to know the customers. At this point they have mine and my wife’s order remembered and always greet us like family. Thanks for being so cool guys! Keep up the good work
This Caribou has a history of giving you less then what you pay for. This was a crafted press. Look at how much over they fill the ice vs. Coffee ratio. They also left an inch and a half of space. They've done this a few times. Whoever works on Sunday needs more training.
The photo below shows a black where where the ice shouldn't pass. Clearly over and gave less coffee.
I had a weird experience here today. I don't often go out for coffee, but decided to go get one for myself since it was my birthday. I have been to this location in the past and always had good experiences, this time was strange. I ordered a drink which was one of their drinks on the menu, nothing special. I got up to the window and a young woman opened the window and confirmed my drink order and I confirmed, and then she told me amount due. I handed her cash, she handed me my changed and I tipped almost 50%. She asked me if I would like a straw and I said yes please, and she handed one to me. She then pushed the window closed, but it did not close all the way and then I heard as she walked over to the other two employees her say, "she asked for a straw, I really hate her now". I thought it was super odd, there were no other customers, so I know she was talking about me. They were all standing closely together and then one of them noticed I was watching as my drink was being made. The employee came over in front of the window in front of me and turned their back and blocked me from watching the drink be made. It made me really uncomfortable, but I thanked the other young woman who delivered my drink and left. I could not bring myself to drink my $8.50 drink, because I had thoughts in my head that something was done to the drink. I have no idea why the comment was made or the strange behavior, but I guess if you are going to say anything bad about customers make sure you close the window.
Always friendly service with a smile, just watch out for caffeinated parents.
Easily accessible drive thru option for coffee just off 80th. The line does back up though around the same time that kids are starting and ending school.
Great employees and its great to have a drive thru place in town. The drive-thru is super fast at keeping the line moving. Don't be discouraged by a long line, it moves pretty fast
Love this location for convenience and friendly staff. Occasionally they forget some of the custom options we select, but if you're ordering without changes you're guaranteed a great drink.

The construction workers were nice, they waved.

A little busy at the drive-thru, but well worth the wait.
The Turtle Mocha was very good and gave me the boost I needed to continue on with the day.

If you love terrible customer service and snarky employees, this is the place to visit.

Re-writing this review. Great coffee and caribou redeemed themselves on my second visit!
