Nice ambiance... Friendly staff and good food. Definitely not fast-paced. Noteworthy restrooms - the one I visited had lots of Minnesota Twins memorabilia.

Friendly server's. Great food. Never had time to finish my coffee. She was right there with a full cup. Recommend the Friday fish fry.

One of my favorite places to go. The food is always good and the pies are the best. This place really gives you that tiny town hospitality that existed long ago.

Fun Trail! Ice cream cone scoops didn't stay together too well and will try a different flavor next time! Those kids were overwhelmed with our large crowd; poor things!!

Great food great service. Have been there many times. Founds this gem of a place when on the bike trail a few years back. One of my favorite cafes

This place is the best! Off the beaten path of the highway but right on the Soo line trail! Homemade soup is amazing! Grab a bike and hit the trail or watch the fish swim in the pond!

Suoer beat small town cafe off the bike trail. Across the street from the town park and has a beautiful garden to walk through. Double burger was too much for me but they had really good ketchup here!

Jordys cooked a great meal for 20 people. Everyone on us was very satisfied!
So delicious! Will be back.

Perhaps the most adorable place on Earth! A tiny cafe in Bowlus just off the Soo Line Trail. Inside there are around half a dozen tables, fun and eclectic decor, and local items for sale such as honey and organic soaps and lotions. A variety of outdoor seating options are also available including an outdoor porch, patio tables, a covered picnic table and more. The cafe is surrounded by beautiful flower gardens complete with a tiny wooden bridge and koi ponds. Shabby chik decor surrounds you. Your meal will be served on mismatched plates adding to a casual atmosphere, and the meal itself will taste 100% homemade. The menu lends itself to surprise. There are things here that you won't find elsewhere such as a "Wizzie," a sanwhich on cranberry bread with ham, swiss, egg and coleslaw inside! Or how about a stroganoff burger? A handmade burger topped with sauted, raw mushrooms (not canned) sour cream and swiss? This little place is a gem and a must-see if you ever find yourself in Bowlus. We can't wait to go back!
